鯖騎之旅，因黑潮的嘉惠帶來豐富的鯖魚作概念發想，諧音「驚奇」讓造訪大溪漁港與南方澳漁港的民眾能有耳目一新的感受、成為一趟精彩豐富的驚奇之旅。也諧音「輕騎」利用鯖騎單車的概念，於港區推廣「樂活、休閒」的單車風氣，公共藝術品設置也與單車停車架結合，成為漁港的新亮點。
