A consular camp was organised at Blantyre (Malawi), by the High Commission, on 6 June 2026. The aim of the camp was to facilitate the Pakistani community in Malawi, by providing consular services at their doorstep. The consular team conducted interviews for passport applications, as well as provided assistance with various other consular matters.
A large number of Pakistanis living in Malawi, Lilongwe and other parts of Malawi visited the camp for various consular services.
The consular camp was a part of the High Commission's outreach efforts to facilitate Pakistanis living in Malawi.

A ceremony was held at the High Commission of Pakistan, Dar-es-Salaam this morning to commemorate the first anniversary of " Marka-e-Haq". A sizeable number of Pakistani community along with their Tanzanian friends attended the ceremony.

In his remarks, the High Commissioner reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace, progress, and stability through constructive diplomatic efforts. He also underscored Pakistan’s from resolve to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity. He underlined that the success of Marka-e-Haq had enhanced Pakistan’s image on the world stage as a strong, responsible, and reliable state playing a positive role for peace and stability in the region and beyond. The High Commissioner paid heartfelt tributes to the leadership, the brave armed forces, the shuhada, and the people of Pakistan for standing united in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence.

Two members of Pakistani community, Ghazi Naeem Ullah Dar and Mr. Waheed Mushtaq also shared their views on the occasion in which they paid rich tributes to Pakistan’s leadership, armed forces and its people.

The event concluded with special prayers for the peace, progress, and prosperity of Pakistan.

Kashmir Solidarity Day was commemorated at the High Commission today. Members of the Pakistani diaspora attended the ceremony. The event underscored Pakistan’s continued support for the struggle of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

High Commissioner, Mr. Siraj Ahmad Khan, delivered a comprehensive overview of the historical background and significance of Kashmir Solidarity Day, while highlighting the prevailing human rights situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

Special messages from the President, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister were read out on the occasion.

A special documentary on Kashmir was also played, providing a deeper insight into the ongoing plight and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

The event concluded with special prayers for the freedom of IIOJK and the realization of the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination.
