The Language Assistants Program is back in Tanzania! ✨🇹🇿

The French Embassy in Tanzania and the Alliance Française of Dar es Salaam are pleased to announce the launch of the 2026–2027 “Assistants de Langue” campaign. 

This program offers Tanzanian graduates and young professionals the opportunity to work in French primary or secondary schools, assisting English teachers while gaining valuable international teaching experience.

⏳ Deadline: February 15, 2026 
📍 Placement in France: From October 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027

Who can apply?
* You are aged between 20 and 35
* You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
* French level: B1 minimum
* English level: C1 minimum (native speaker)
* Tanzanian nationality or residency
What does the program offer?
* Around 12 hours of classroom assistance per week
* Monthly allowance of approximately €780 to 820€
* An exemption from French visa fees
* A unique cultural, professional, and linguistic experience in France

La semaine dernière , notre espace Campus France était présent au séminaire Attractivité Afrique qui a réuni les différents acteurs de la coopération scientifique et universitaire française à Lome au Togo. 🇹🇬

Au programme: tables rondes, présentations, ateliers, partage de bonnes pratiques… mais aussi des moments de convivialité et beaucoup de bonne humeur! ☀️

Are you interested to study art in 🇫🇷 ? Did you know that National public institutions in France have offered training in the arts—music, dance, and theater—since the end of the eighteenth century!! 🎭🎨

Today, in Paris and in every region of the country, one finds nearly 60 public postsecondary schools of art and design, as well as schools administered by local chambers of commerce and industry (called écoles consulaires), private schools, and art-related programs in nearly 50 universities.
