Делегація по будівництву, ремонту та експлуатації доріг - КП «БРЕД» здійснила робочий візит до міста-побратима Шеффілда (Велика Британія) - насичена програма співпраці та обміну знаннями з британськими колегами.

Що вдалося опрацювати:

📊 Ознайомилися з підходами до державно-приватного інвестування в дорожню інфраструктуру та автоматизації моніторингу стану доріг для якіснішого планування ремонтів.

🏭 Відвідали асфальтобетонний завод Tarmac у Лідсі - від приймання сировини до випуску сумішей SMA та контролю якості.

🌳 Побачили масштабні проєкти ревіталізації Шеффілда - Grey to Green (зелені простори та управління дощовими водами) і DACC Project (сполучення центру міста з новим мікрорайоном).

💬 Поділилися й власним досвідом: британських колег цікавило, як українські фахівці ліквідовують аварійну ямковість, керують дорожньою інфраструктурою в кризових умовах та утримують дороги взимку попри війну.

A delegation from the road construction, repair and maintenance enterprise — KP «BRED» — carried out a working visit to our sister city of Sheffield (United Kingdom), a packed programme of cooperation and knowledge exchange with British colleagues.

Highlights of the visit:

📊 Explored approaches to public-private investment in road infrastructure and automated road condition monitoring for more effective repair planning.

🏭 Visited the Tarmac asphalt plant in Leeds - from raw material intake to the production of SMA mixes and quality control.

🌳 Saw large-scale urban revitalisation projects in Sheffield - Grey to Green (green public spaces and rainwater management) and the DACC Project (connecting the city centre with a new district).

💬 Shared their own experience in return: British colleagues were keen to learn how Ukrainian specialists eliminate pothole damage, manage road infrastructure in crisis conditions, and maintain roads through winter despite the war.

🙌We sincerely thank Sheffield City Council and road service specialists for their hospitality and willingness to share experience.

🧩Після насиченого тижня у Страсбурзі восьмеро молодих хмельничан продовжили участь у міжнародному молодіжному обміні «Різні історії пам’яті - спільне майбутнє», перебравшись до Штутгарта разом з ровесниками з Німеччини та Франції.

🖇️Друга зустріч була присвячена усвідомленню того, як можна працювати з болем, травмами та історичними замовчуваннями. Через обмін різними наративами та історичними перспективами молодь роздумувала над такими поняттями, як свобода, демократія та відповідальність — як в історичному, так і в сучасному контексті.

🤝 Ініціаторами проєкту виступили Stadtjugendring Stuttgart у співпраці з La Ligue de l’enseignement, Politischer Jugendring Dresden та Молодіжною радою Хмельницького.

🇪🇺 Молодіжний обмін реалізується в рамках програми Erasmus+ за фінансової підтримки міст-партнерів солідарності Штутгарта та Дрездена, міста Страсбург, а також за співфінансування Європейського Союзу.

🧩After an eventful week in Strasbourg, eight young people from Khmelnytskyi continued their participation in the international youth exchange “Diverse Memories Shared Future,” moving on to Stuttgart together with peers from Germany and France.

🖇️The second encounter focuses on raising awareness of how pain, injuries, and historical omissions can be dealt with. Through the exchange of different narratives and historical perspectives, the young people reflect on concepts such as freedom, democracy, and responsibility in both historical and contemporary contexts.

🤝 The project was initiated by Stadtjugendring Stuttgart in cooperation with La Ligue de l’enseignement, Politischer Jugendring Dresden, and Youth Council Khmelnytskyi.

🇪🇺 The youth exchange is implemented within the Erasmus+ programme, with financial support from the solidarity partner cities of Stuttgart and Dresden, the city of Strasbourg, as well as co-funded by the European Union.

🌍 Молодь Хмельницького долучилася до міжнародного діалогу про історичну пам'ять та спільне європейське майбутнє

Восьмеро молодих хмельничан взяли участь у міжнародному молодіжному обміні «Різні історії пам'яті — спільне майбутнє», який об'єднав молодь з України, Німеччини та Франції.

📍 Програма обміну поєднала інтерактивні воркшопи, тематичні дискусії, командну роботу в міжнародних групах та можливість дослідити культурну спадщину Страсбурга. Проєкт створив простір для розвитку критичного мислення, емпатії та міжкультурного діалогу.

🤝 Ініціаторами проєкту виступили Stadtjugendring Stuttgart у співпраці з La Ligue de l'enseignement, Politischer Jugendring Dresden та Молодіжною радою Хмельницького.

🌍 Khmelnytskyi Youth Joined an International Dialogue on Historical Memory and a Shared European Future

Eight young people from Khmelnytskyi took part in the international youth exchange “Diverse Memories - Shared Future” which brought together young people from Ukraine, Germany, and France.

📍 The exchange programme combined interactive workshops, thematic discussions, teamwork in international groups, and opportunities to explore the cultural heritage of Strasbourg. The project provided a space for developing critical thinking, empathy, and intercultural dialogue.

🤝 The project was initiated by Stadtjugendring Stuttgart in cooperation with La Ligue de l’enseignement, Politischer Jugendring Dresden, and Youth Council Khmelnytskyi.

🇯🇵Відбулася зустріч міського голови з делегацією Японського агентства міжнародного співробітництва (JICA) —

• Головою Представництва JICA в Україні Осаму Хатторі (Osamu Hattori)
• Представником Офісу JICA в Україні Юсуке Оґавою (Yusuke Ogawa)
• Фахівчинею з проєктів Альоною Ткач.

✍🏻На зустрічі з представниками JICA обговорили результати спільного проєкту: у ЗДО №3 «Світлячок» запрацювали теплові помпи Panasonic «повітря - вода». Тепер садочок опалюється у парі з централізованою мережею - менше витрат енергії, менше CO₂ та тепло навіть у складних умовах.

🖇️Говорили й про перспективи: енергетичну безпеку громади, відновлювані джерела енергії та нові теплові помпи для великих і середніх котелень.

✍🏻At the meeting with JICA representatives, the parties discussed the results of a joint project: Panasonic air-to-water heat pumps have been installed and are now operating at Kindergarten No. 3 “Svitlyachok.” The kindergarten’s heating now works together with the centralized network — reducing energy costs, cutting CO₂ emissions, and ensuring warmth even in difficult conditions.

🖇️They also discussed future prospects: the community’s energy security, renewable energy sources, and new heat pumps for large and medium-sized boiler houses.

🤝🏻We thank JICA for their partnership and trust!

✨Представники Відділу міжнародної співпраці та інвестиційної політики долучилися до практичного семінару «Законодавчі основи та практичні підходи до започаткування процесів з формування та розвитку агломерацій», організованого Міжнародним республіканським інститутом (IRI).

✅У фокусі — стратегічне планування, об’єднання ресурсів, залучення міжнародного фінансування, розвиток місцевої економіки та пошук спільних рішень для викликів, які сьогодні стоять перед громадами.

👏🏻Особливо цінною стала практична частина заходу. Разом з експертами учасники аналізували успішний досвід українських агломерацій, працювали над моделями міжмуніципальної співпраці та розглядали інструменти, які допомагають перетворювати амбітні ідеї на реальні проєкти.

❣️Дякуємо команді Міжнародного республіканського інституту (IRI) за простір для професійного діалогу, обміну досвідом.

✨ Representatives of the International Cooperation and Investment Policy Department participated in the practical seminar “Legislative Framework and Practical Approaches to Initiating the Formation and Development of Agglomerations,” organized by the International Republican Institute (IRI).

✅ The seminar focused on strategic planning, pooling resources, attracting international funding, strengthening local economies, and identifying collaborative solutions to the challenges facing communities today.

👏🏻 A particular highlight of the event was its practical component. Together with experts, participants explored successful examples of Ukrainian agglomerations, worked on models of intermunicipal cooperation, and examined tools that help transform ambitious ideas into tangible development projects.

📍9 липня в Києві стартував новий етап великих змін - Установчий форум проєкту FG4R «Фіскальне врядування для місцевого відновлення та відбудови».

За одним столом — Мінфін, Мінрозвитку громад, Посольство Швейцарії, Асоціація міст України та 5 міст-партнерів: Житомир, Львів, Вінниця, Хмельницький і Чернівці. 💪

📊 Про що говорили?
Як зробити бюджети громад сильнішими. Як залучати інвестиції. Як планувати наперед, а не жити від кризи до кризи.

🎤 Ключова подія - панель «Міцніша співпраця заради сильніших громад» з першими особами Мінфіну та Мінрозвитку громад.

🌍 Для Хмельницького участь у FG4R — це шанс:
✔️ впровадити міжнародні стандарти фінансового управління
✔️ зміцнити спроможність громади
✔️ відкрити нові можливості для інвестицій та відбудови.

📍On July 9, a new stage of major changes started in Kyiv - the Founding Forum of the FG4R project «Fiscal Governance for Local Recovery and Reconstruction».

At one table - the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Community Development, the Embassy of Switzerland, the Association of Ukrainian Cities and 5 partner cities: Zhytomyr, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi and Chernivtsi. 💪

📊 What did they talk about?
How to make community budgets stronger. How to attract investments. How to plan ahead, and not live from crisis to crisis.

🎤 The key event - the panel «Stronger cooperation for stronger communities» with the first persons of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Community Development.

🌍 For Khmelnytskyi, participating in FG4R is a chance to:
✔️ implement international financial management standards
✔️ strengthen community capacity
✔️ open up new opportunities for investment and reconstruction.
