Наказом Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України від 26.12.2025 № 1865 внесені змін до Положення про річкову інформаційну службу.
Відповідно до підпункту 8 пункту 1 розділу ІІІ цього Положення ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» забезпечує оприлюднення на інформаційному вебсайті РІС керівних документів Європейського Союзу (EC) та Європейського комітету зі складання стандартів у сфері внутрішнього судноплавства (CESNI), що стосуються функціонування та розвитку РІС, для їх використання користувачами послуг РІС.
На інформаційному вебсайті РІС (https://ukrris.com.ua) розміщені консолідовані тексти документів ЄС з посиланнями та перекладом на українську мову:
- Директива Європейського Парламенту і Ради № 2005/44 ЄС від 7 вересня 2005 року «Про гармонізовані річкові інформаційні служби (РІС) на внутрішніх водних шляхах Співтовариства» зі змінами, що були прийняті Директивою (ЄС) № 2025/2482 Європейського Парламенту та Ради від 26.11.2025;
- Регламент ЄС № 414/2007 від 13 березня 2007 року «Про технічні керівництва щодо планування, впровадження та оперативного використання річкових інформаційних служб (RIS), зазначених у статті 5 Директиви 2005/44/ЄС Європейського Парламенту та Ради про гармонізовані річкові інформаційні служби (RIS) на внутрішніх водних шляхах у Спільноті»;
- Імплементаційний регламент ЄС № 909/2013 від 10 вересня 2013 року «Про технічні специфікації для електронної картографічної навігаційно-інформаційної системи для внутрішнього судноплавства (Inland ECDIS), зазначених у Директиві 2005/44/ЄC Європейського Парламенту та Ради»;
- Імплементаційний регламент ЄС № 2019/838 від 20 лютого 2019 року «Про технічні специфікації систем виявлення та відстеження суден та скасування регламенту (ЄС) № 415/2007»;
- Регламент ЄС № 416/2007 від 22 березня 2007 року щодо технічних специфікацій для повідомлень судноводіям, як зазначено у статті 5 Директиви 2005/44/ЄC Європейського Парламенту та Ради про узгоджені річкові інформаційні служби (РІС) на внутрішніх водних шляхах у Співтоваристві» (змінений Імплементаційним регламентом ЄС № 2018/2032 від 20 листопада 2018 р. про внесення змін до Регламенту Комісії (ЄС) № 416/2007 щодо технічних специфікацій для повідомлень судноводіям);
- Імплементаційний регламент ЄС № 2019/1744 від 17 вересня 2019 року «Про технічні специфікації електронного суднового повідомлення у внутрішньому судноплавстві та скасування регламенту ЄС № 164/2010».
Крім того, на сайті розміщені:
- Європейський стандарт для річкових інформаційних служб (ES-RIS 2025), розроблений CESNI;
- Керівництво з кодуванні РІС-індексів;
- Закон України «Про внутрішній водний транспорт»;
- Положення про річкову інформаційну службу, затверджене наказом Міністерства розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури України 30.05.2023 № 462, зареєстрованим в Міністерстві юстиції України 13 липня 2023 р. за № 117/40243, (зі змінами).

The Order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated 26.12.2025 No. 1865 amended the Regulations on the River Information Service. In accordance with subparagraph 8 of paragraph 1 of section III of this Regulation, SE "UKRVODSHLIAH" ensures the publication on the RIS information website of the guiding documents of the European Union and the European Committee for the Development of Standards in the field of inland navigation (CESNI), relating to the functioning and development of RIS, for their use by users of RIS services.
The RIS information website (https://ukrris.com.ua ) contains consolidated texts of EU documents with links and translation into Ukrainian:
Directive 2005/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on harmonised river information services (RIS) on inland waterways in the Community, with Amendments that were adopted by the Directive (EU) 2025/2482 of the European Parliament and of the Council on 26.11.2025;
Commission Regulation (EC) No 414/2007 of 13 March 2007 concerning the technical guidelines for the planning, implementation and operational use of river information services (RIS) referred to in Article 5 of Directive 2005/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on harmonised river information services (RIS) on inland waterways in the Community;

4 та 5 березня в м. Будапешт (Угорщина) в приміщенні Дунайської Комісії відбулися заходи, присвячені судноплавним умовам на р. Дунай:
- Спільний семінар з управління водними шляхами Пріоритетного напряму 1а Стратегії ЄС для Дунайського регіону та Дунайської Комісії;
- Нарада експертів Дунайської Комісії з параметрів суднового ходу та забезпечення судноплавних умов на внутрішніх водних шляхах.
У складі делегації України в форматі он-лайн в заходах прийняли участь представники Мінрозвитку, Адміністрації судноплавства, МЗС, ДП «Адміністрація морських портів України», ПрАТ «Українське Дунайське пароплавство». Від ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» участь прийняв начальник річкової інформаційної служби капітан Ілля Тихонов.
На цих заходах розглядався широкий спектр питань, пов’язаних з безпекою судноплавства на європейських внутрішній водних шляхах, навігаційними та гідрологічними умовами, зокрема:
- Стан фарватерів на річці Дунай у 2025 році та заходи щодо підвищення їх стійкості;
- Інформація про габарити суднового ходу, гідротехнічних та інших конструкціях на водних шляхах, зміни суднового ходу в наслідок змін гідрологічних умов;
- Аналітика аварійних подій з суднами на р. Дунай в наслідок змін рівнів води і наносів, в критичних локаціях та в наслідок несприятливих погодних умовах;
- Інформування про аварійні події з суднами для своєчасного реагування та надання допомоги;
- Відображення фактичної інформації на електронних навігаційних картах для внутрішнього судноплавства та своєчасне оновлення електронних карт;
- Коректне встановлення засобів навігаційного забезпечення;
- Організація та проведення днопоглиблювальних робіт, інформування про місця та порядок їх проведення, поширення робіт зі створення глибоководних каналів достатньої ширини для зменшення залежності від обмелення;
- Пропозиції щодо забезпечення надійного безпечного судноплавства в змінних гідрологічних умовах.
Окремо обговорювались питання щодо інформованості суден про навігаційні умови та небезпеки для судноплавства, зокрема під час різких змін рівня води. Для цього ключову роль виконують річкові інформаційні служби, через які безпосередньо передається навігаційна інформація.
Учасники заходів визначили, що питання, які обговорювались, є критично важливими для дунайського судноплавства.
Інформація, яка була отримана під час цих заходів буде використана під час практичної реалізації Проєкту «УкрРІС-Дунай».

On March 4-th and 5-th, 2026, in Budapest (Hungary), events dedicated to navigation conditions on the Danube basin were held at the premises of the Danube Commission:
- Joint Workshop on Waterway Management of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region/PA1a and the Danube Commission;
- Experts Meeting of the Danube Commission on the parameters of shipping traffic and ensuring navigation conditions on inland waterways.
Representatives of the Ministry of Development, the Shipping Administration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Enterprise " Ukraine Sea Ports Authority", and the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company participated in the events in an online format. The State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" was represented by the head of the River information service department, Captain Illya Tykhonov.
These events addressed a wide range of issues related to the safety of navigation on European inland waterways, navigational and hydrological conditions, in particular:
- The state of fairways on the Danube River in 2025 and measures to improve their resilience;
- Information on the dimensions of fairways, hydrotechnical and other structures on waterways, changes in the fairway due to hydrological conditions;
- Analytics of emergency events with ships on the Danube due to changes in water levels and sediments, in critical locations and due to adverse weather conditions;
- Informing about emergency events with ships for timely response and assistance;
- Display of actual information on electronic navigational charts for inland navigation and timely updating of electronic charts;
- Correct installation of navigational aids;
- Organization and implementation of dredging works, information about the places and procedure for their works, dissemination of works on the creation of deep-water channels of sufficient width to reduce dependence on shallowing;
- Proposals for ensuring reliable safe navigation in variable hydrological conditions.
Special attention was paid to the issues regarding the awareness of vessels about navigation conditions and dangers to navigation, in particular during sudden changes in water level. For this, the key role is played by river information services, through which navigation information is directly transmitted.
The participants of the events identified that the issues discussed were critically important for Danube navigation.
The information which will discussed on these events, will be used during the practical implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project.

Наказом Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України від 26.12.2025 № 1865 внесені змін до Положення про річкову інформаційну службу.
Базова версія Положення про річкову інформаційну службу затверджено в 2023 році.
Зміни в це Положення були підготовлені з урахуванням практичної реалізації Проєкту «УкрРІС-Дунай» персоналом ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» і партнерів, а також з урахуванням вимог європейських регламентів, стандартів та керівництв, виданих в останні роки.
Основні зміни стосуються наступних напрямів:
- Надання ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» повноважень на розрахунок та присвоєння цих РІС-індексів;
- Внесення в Положення окремого розділу, який описує порядок визначення та присвоєння РІС-індексів об’єктів на внутрішніх водних шляхах;
- Більш конкретне визначення функцій Головного центру та регіональних центрів РІС;
- Надання ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» повноважень на оприлюднення на офіційному сайті підприємства та інформаційному сайті РІС керівних документів ЄС та Європейського комітету зі складання стандартів у сфері внутрішнього судноплавства (CESNI), що стосуються функціонування та розвитку РІС;
- Уточнення взаємовідносин та порядку взаємодії між ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» та основними групами користувачів РІС: державними органами, підприємствами в сфері внутрішнього судноплавства, судновласниками та судноводіями;
- Інші нормативні та процедурні уточнення.

By order of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated December 26-th, 2025, No. 1865, amendments were made to the Regulations on the Ukrainian River Information Service.
The basic version of the Regulations on the River Information Service was approved in 2023.
The changes to these Regulations were prepared taking into account the practical implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project by the staff of the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" with partners, as well as taking into account the requirements of European regulations, standards and guidelines issued in recent years.
The main changes relate to the following areas:
- Granting the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" the authority to determine and assign RIS-indexes;
- Introducing a separate section to the Regulations, which describes the procedure for determining and assigning RIS-indexes to objects on inland waterways;
- More specific definition of the functions of the Main RIS Center and regional RIS centers;
- Granting the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" the authority to publish on own official website and in the RIS information website the guiding documents of the EU and the European Committee for the Development of Standards in the Field of Inland Navigation (CESNI) concerning the functioning and development of the RIS;
- Clarification of the relationship and procedure for interaction between the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" and the main groups of RIS users: state bodies, enterprises in the field of inland navigation, shipowners and shipmasters;
- Other regulatory and procedural clarifications.

28-29 січня 2026 р. в м. Будапешт (Угорщина) Дунайською комісією були проведені заходи з питань підготовки персоналу на внутрішніх водних шляхах:
- семінар «Навчання та професійна підготовка во внутрішньому судноплавстві» за співпраці з європейською освітньою мережею EDINNA (Education in Inland Navigation);
- нарада експертів з питань персоналу в сфері судноплавства на р. Дунай.
В заходах прийняли участь представники придунайських країн та дунайських адміністративних органів. В форматі он-лайн в заходах прийняли участь працівники «УКРВОДШЛЯХ».
Під час заходів обговорювався широкий спектр питань щодо навчання персоналу суден внутрішнього плавання, навчальних програм, вимог щодо стану здоров’я, контроль за змістом та схвалення навчальних програм, перехід в сторону цифрових технологій під час теоретичної та практичної підготовки, наявних кадрових проблем, трудової мобільності, підвищення кваліфікації як періодичної, так й під час підвищення в посаді, застосування тренажерного обладнання, визнання національними адміністраціями освіти, отриманої в інших країнах, тощо.
Представник Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України Матвій Терещук презентував інформацію щодо імплементації Україною директиви ЄС 2017/2397.
Під час доповідей обговорювалися питання, які безпосередньо стосуються розвитку РІС та пов’язані з реалізацією проєкту «УкрРІС-Дунай», зокрема отримання судноводіями знань щодо використання систем РІС та відповідного суднового обладнання, застосування електронних навігаційних карт, використання порталу EuRIS, взаємодії під час транскордонних операцій, взаємодія з РІС, з контролюючими органами на водних шляхах: інспекторами річкових адміністрацій, поліцією, митними, портовими та іншими органами.

On January 28-29th, 2026, in Budapest (Hungary), the Danube Commission held events on personnel training on inland waterways:
- seminar "Training and professional training in inland navigation" in cooperation with the European educational network EDINNA (Education in Inland Navigation);
- meeting of experts on personnel issues in the field of navigation on the Danube.
Representatives of the Danube countries and Danube administrative bodies took part in the events. In the on-line format, representatives of the SE "UKRVODSHLIAH" took part in the events.
During the events, a wide range of issues were discussed regarding: the training of inland navigation vessel personnel, training programs, health requirements, control over the content and approval of training programs, the transition to digital technologies during theoretical and practical training, existing personnel problems, labor mobility, both periodic and promotion-related advanced training, the use of simulators equipment, recognition by national administrations of education obtained in other countries, etc.
The representative of the Ministry for Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, Matviy Tereshchuk, presented information on Ukraine's implementation of EU Directive 2017/2397.
During the events, issues directly related to the development of RIS and related to the implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube project” were discussed, in particular, obtaining knowledge by skippers regarding the use of RIS systems and relevant ships` equipment, use of electronic navigational charts, the use of the EuRIS portal, interaction during cross-border operations, interaction with RIS, with regulatory authorities on waterways: inspectors of river administrations, police, customs, ports and other authorities.

8-10 грудня 2025 р. у м. Страсбург (Франція) Постійною робочою група з інформаційних технологій Європейського комітету зі складання стандартів у сфері внутрішнього судноплавства (CESNI/TI - the Permanent Working Group on Information Technology of the European Committee for Drawing up Standards in the field of Inland Navigation) був проведений Тиждень CESNI-RIS.
Заходи проводилися послідовно по секціям з обговорення чотирьох основних технологій РІС, які запроваджуються та розвиваються в європейських національних системах РІС на внутрішніх водних шляхах: CESNI/TI/iECDIS Meeting (електронна картографія для внутрішнього судноплавства), CESNI/TI/VTT Meeting (виявлення та відстеження суден), CESNI/TI/NtS Meeting (повідомлення судноводіям), CESNI/TI/ERI Meeting (електронної суднової звітності).
В засіданні прийняли участь представники Європейської комісії (European Commission - ЕС), Дунайської комісії (Danube Commission - DC), Центральної комісії з питань навігації на р. Рейн (Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine - CCNR), Европейскої економічної комісії ООН (United Nations Economic Commission for Europe - UNECE), представники VIADONAU, COMEX2, CESNI/TI, придунайських країн.
В заходах в режимі он-лайн прийняли участь представники ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ», яке безпосередньо здійснює реалізацію проєкту «УкрРІС-Дунай».
Учасники заходів в презентаціях та доповідях детально проаналізували результати заходів, які проводилися європейськими країнами та організаціям, в частині розвитку РІС в 2025 році.
Був обговорений широкий спектр питань, які стосуються подальшого розвитку судноплавства в сучасних умовах: автоматизація судноплавства, застосування майбутніх автономних суден, розвиток берегових станцій АІС та поєднання роботи АІС з радарами, тощо.
Окремо були розглянуті питання виникнення сучасних ризиків, зокрема подавлення сигналів та внесення штучних завад під час використання радіонавігаційних систем.
На заходах були детально обговорені пропозиції щодо подальшого розвитку керівних документів ЄС, внесення змін до них, в зокрема – в європейський стандарт ES-RIS/2025, який поєднує усі імплементаційні регламенти за всіма основними технологіями РІС. Цей стандарт переглядається кожні 2 роки. Наступна версія ES-RIS/2027 буде оприлюднена в 2026 році та набуде чинності з початку 2027 року. Було схвалено також рішення стосовно внесення в цю версію в додаток 32 таблиці повідомлень судноводіям (Notices to Skippers Reference Tables) термінів також й українською мовою.
Рішення цих заходів буде враховано під час реалізації Проєкту «УкрРІС-Дунай».

On December 8-10, 2025, in Strasbourg (France), the Permanent Working Group on Information Technology of the European Committee for Drawing up Standards in the field of Inland Navigation (CESNI/TI) held the CESNI-RIS Week.
The events were held sequentially in sections to discuss the four key RIS technologies that are being implemented and developed in European national RIS systems on inland waterways: CESNI/TI/iECDIS Meeting (Electronic Chart Display and Information System in inland navigation), CESNI/TI/VTT Meeting (Vessel Tracking and Tracing), CESNI/TI/NtS Meeting (Notices to Skippers), CESNI/TI/ERI Meeting (Electronic Ship Reporting).
The meeting was attended by representatives of the European Commission (ЕС), the Danube Commission (DC), the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine (CCNR), the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), representatives of VIADONAU, COMEX2, CESNI/TI, and Danube countries.
Representatives of the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH", which directly implements the "UkrRIS-Danube" project, participated in the events on-line.
In presentations and reports, the participants of the events analyzed in detail the results of the events held by European countries and organizations involved in the RIS development in 2025.
A wide range of issues related to the further development of inner waterway shipping in modern conditions were discussed: automation of shipping, the use of future autonomous vessels, the development of AIS shore stations and the combination of AIS with radar, etc.
Special attention was paid to the issues of the emergence of modern risks were considered, in particular, spoofing and jamming during the use of radio navigation systems.
The events discussed in detail proposals for the further development of EU guidance documents, amendments to them, in particular – to the European standard ES-RIS/2025, which combines all implementing regulations for all key RIS technologies. This standard is revised every 2 years. The next version of ES-RIS/2027 will be published in 2026 and will enter into force at the beginning of 2027. A decision was also approved to include in this version, in the appendix, 32 tables of Notices to Skippers Reference Tables, working terms also in Ukrainian language.
The decision on these events will be taken into account during the implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” Project.

Державне підприємство водних шляхів «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» у складі української делегації долучилося до заходів, організованих Постійним секретаріатом Transport Community, спрямованих на зміцнення потенціалу та розвиток водного транспорту і мультимодальності на європейських внутрішніх водних шляхах. Події відбулися 25–27 листопада 2025 року у містах Відень (Австрія) та Ґабчіково (Словаччина).
Делегацію очолювала начальник відділу річкового транспорту Управління морського та річкового транспорту Мінрозвитку Олена Старікова.
Від ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» в заході прийняла участь заступник директора з питань розвитку Yulia Voronaya.
У рамках програми делегація взяла участь у навчальному візиті на тему: «Вдосконалення процесів управління та організації внутрішнього водного транспорту в Україні та Республіці Молдова».
В роботі форуму взяв участь та виступив з доповіддю заступник Міністра розвитку громад та територій України Андрій Кашуба.
Основною метою візиту був обмін досвідом у питаннях підвищення ефективності роботи української системи внутрішнього водного транспорту, функціонування портів, розташованих в Дунайському регіоні, забезпечення безпеки, екологічної стійкості та цифровізації у сфері внутрішнього водного транспорту, розвиток річкових інформаційних служб, обмін інформацією в рамках реалізації проєктів CEERIS та EuRIS,
На заході виступили поважні європейські спікери (Manfred Seitz, Kristijan Ležaić, Alain Baron, Mario Kauffman) які наголосили на важливості розвитку річкових інформаційних служб та реалізації проєкту «УкрРІС-Дунай».
Учасники навчального візиту також отримали можливість відвідати судноплавний шлюз у м. Ґабчіково — один із ключових транспортних вузлів на Дунаї — та ознайомитися з особливостями його роботи.
Щиро дякуємо Постійному секретаріату Транспортного Співтовариства за запрошення та високий рівень організації заходів (Dimo Dimov, Elson Thana, Branka Markovic).

The State Waterways Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" as part of the Ukrainian delegation joined the events organized by the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community, aimed at strengthening the potential and development of water transport and multimodality on European inland waterways. The events took place on November, 25-27, 2025 in Vienna (Austria) and Gabčíkovo (Slovakia).
The delegation was headed by Олена Старікова, Head of the River Transport Division of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
Deputy Director for Development Yulia Voronaya participated in the event from the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHIAH".
As part of the program, the delegation took part in a study visit on the topic: "Improving the processes of management and organization of inland waterway transport in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova".
The Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, Андрій Кашуба, took part in the forum and made a report.
The main purpose of the visit was to exchange experience in improving the efficiency of the Ukrainian inland waterway transport system, the functioning of ports located in the Danube region, ensuring safety, environmental sustainability and digitalization in the field of inland waterway transport, the development of river information services, the exchange of information within the framework of the implementation of the CEERIS and EuRIS projects.
The event was attended by esteemed European speakers (Manfred Seitz, Kristijan Ležaić, Alain Baron, Mario Kauffman) who emphasized the importance of the development of river information services and the implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” project.
The participants of the study visit also had the opportunity to visit the shipping lock in Gabčíkovo — one of the key transport hub on the Danube — and get acquainted with the features of its work.

5-6 листопада 2025 р. в м. Будапешт (Угорщина) відбулося засідання Робочої групи з технічних питань Дунайської комісії (ДК).
У складі делегації України в заході прийняли участь представники Мінрозвитку, Адміністрації судноплавства, МЗС, Адміністрації судноплавства, ДП «Адміністрація морських портів України», ДУ «Держгідрографія», ДП «Регістр судноплавства України», ПрАТ «Українське Дунайське пароплавство». Від ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» участь прийняв начальник річкової інформаційної служби капітан Ілля Тихонов.
На початку засідання Голова української делегації доповів про систематичне порушення російською федерацією вільного та безпечного режиму судноплавства на Дунає, постійне продовження атак дронами та ракетами. В результаті цих атак руйнуються портові об’єкти, інфраструктура, судна та автомобілі, гинуть та отримують травми люди.
На засіданні був обговорений широкий спектр питань, пов’язаних з розвитком внутрішнього судноплавства, зокрема, модернізації дунайського флоту та скорочення забруднення повітря від суден, видача посвідчень членам екіпажів суден, розвитку радіозв’язку в дунайському судноплавстві, забезпечення кібербезпеки на внутрішньому водному транспорті, тощо. Окремо обговорювалися питання розвитку річкових інформаційних служб (РІС), в тому числі за допомогою Європейського Союзу державам-членам ДК в проектах, пов’язаних з РІС. Секретаріатом ДК та представниками дунайських країн була надана інформація щодо розвитку РІС на європейських внутрішніх водних шляхах.
Делегацією України здійснено доповідь щодо сучасного стану реалізації проекту «УкрРІС-Дунай» та заходів, що вживаються ДП «УКРВОДШЛЯХ» для його імплементації.

On November, 5th-6th, 2025, a meeting of the Working Group on Technical Issues of the Danube Commission (DC) was held in Budapest (Hungary).
The Ukrainian delegation included representatives of the Ministry of Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shipping Administration, Ukraine Sea Ports Authorities, State Hydrographic Service of Ukraine, Shipping Register of Ukraine and Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company. Head of the River Information Service captain Illya Tykhonov participated from the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH".
At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of the Ukrainian delegation reported on the systematic violation by the russian federation of free and safe navigation regime on the Danube, the constant continuation of attacks with drones and missiles. As a result of these attacks, port facilities, infrastructure, ships and vehicles are destroyed, people are killed and injured.
The meeting discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of inland navigation, in particular, the modernization of the Danube fleet and the reduction of air pollution from vessels, the issuance of certificates to ship’s crewmembers, the development of radio communications in Danube navigation, ensuring cybersecurity in inland waterway transport, etc. Separately, the issues of the development of river information services (RIS) were discussed, including with the assistance of the European Union to the DC member states in projects related to RIS. The DC Secretariat and representatives of the Danube countries provided information on the development of RIS on European inland waterways.
The Ukrainian delegation made a report on the current status of the implementation of the “UkrRIS-Danube” project and the measures taken by the State Enterprise "UKRVODSHLIAH" for its implementation.
