As we look forward to ushering in the New Year 2020, there is need to re-align our strategies to counter the challenges in a bid to ensure qualitative and co-ordinated service delivery amidst political and economic events that will characterise the order of the day.

We'll therefore need to adhere to our professional call and remain focussed in our method of work to avoid unnecessary pressure especially from political demands which may compromise our performance as several will promise 'building bridges' where no rivers exist amidst a declining Local Revenue base!
