For the speedy growth and sustainable economy to be attained in a very near future, an aggressive action needs to be taken to invest heavily in the youth of this Country. Say the government takes only 60% of defence allocation, for 5 consecutive years, to a tailored, easy to benfit and all inclusive youth economic programs, how would it be for the young population and the country's economy?

You can't cut both the legs and arms of a person using tricks and think the relatives won't be concerned or continue fearing your guns, army, and money. The deepest part of Ugandans individual Country heart, is burdened up with pain to see their Country lose freedom, democracy, human rights and dignity in the hands of brutal NRM Regime.
