The Bantu Defend Dignity Uganda operational team came together today for a strategic planning meeting focused on strengthening our operations and aligning our activities with the organisation’s goals and mission.
The session provided an opportunity to reflect on our impact, improve coordination, and develop practical approaches that will enhance our work in defending dignity, protecting vulnerable communities, and advancing sustainable change.
As a team, we remain committed to collaboration, accountability, and ensuring that every activity we implement contributes meaningfully to our vision and objectives. Together, we continue to build stronger systems and greater impact for the communities we serve.
