Hello honourable members happy new week. Now listen.
a)The construction of the northern by-pass has no great improvement on the country. Why?
1) To use that highway you have to pay apart from the president.
2) The funds were got as a loan and we are to pay it in the period of 10years through OTT,mobile money tax.
3) Suprisingly the road lasts for only 10years so by the time we clear the debt we shall be in need of other road.

b)The construction of the Nile bridge was something amazing because it is the only bridge of that kind in Africa but can you believe that before even it makes 1year it is already having cracks now the old bridge is again preferred to the new bridge.
I set my question, what the problem.
1) The mindset of our leaders are very old to run a developing countrz.
2) Corruption and personal interests.
Youth we should raise up in 2021 for change.
