Passage Of The Federal Equality Act Would Expand Discrimination Protections For LGBTQ Pennsylvanians

You've heard me say it before, and you'll keep hearing me say it until ALL Pennsylvanians are protected from discrimination: The LGBTQ+ community deserves and demands equal treatment under the law.

President Biden last week urged Congress to pass the Equality Act, which would expand federal discrimination protections to the LGBTQ community. At the state level, Pennsylvania does not have a prohibition on discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

04/30/2021

If you missed it earlier this week, updated mask guidance has been issued by the PA Department of Health.

Today Department of Health Acting Secretary Alison Beam announced that DOH has updated its mask guidance to reflect the announcement made by the CDC.

The CDC provided information today about activities that fully vaccinated people can do, including:

• Visiting with other fully vaccinated people indoors without wearing masks or physical distancing.
• Visiting with unvaccinated people (including children) from a single household who are at low risk for severe COVID-19 disease indoors without wearing masks or physical distancing.
• Participating in outdoor activities and recreation without a mask, except in certain crowded settings and venues.
• Resuming domestic travel and refraining from testing before or after travel, or self-quarantine after travel.
• Refraining from testing before leaving the United States for international travel (unless required by the destination) and refraining from self-quarantine after arriving back in the United States.
• Refraining from testing following a known exposure, if asymptomatic, with some exceptions for specific settings.
• Refraining from quarantine following a known exposure if asymptomatic.
• Refraining from routine COVID-19 testing if asymptomatic and if feasible.

However, for now, fully vaccinated people are still advised to continue to:

• Take precautions like wearing a well-fitted mask in indoor public settings.
• Wear masks that fit snuggly when visiting indoors with unvaccinated people who are at increased risk for severe COVID-19 disease or who have an unvaccinated household member who is at increased risk for severe COVID-19 disease.
• Wear well-fitted masks when visiting indoors with unvaccinated people from multiple households.
• Avoid indoor large-sized, in-person gatherings.
• Get tested if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
• Follow guidance issued by individual employers.
• Follow CDC and health department travel requirements and recommendations.

copy of post to PA Attorney General Shapiro>>> Mr. Attorney General I was just wondering how you were doing in your investigation into the massive election fraud that occurred in Pennsylvania. Have you issued any subpoenas, interviewed any witnesses, or made any arrests? Please keep us posted. I believe it may have been 75 million voters who cast their vote for Trump? Hope that is right. That is a lot of people who have had their vote "stolen" by the injection of fraudulent ballots or machine tampering. Thank you. Jeffrey Wolfe Berks County Pennsylvania 12-17-2020
Absentee ballots are legal , what China printed for our elections is not with millions of mail in ballots. Here in Michigan my clerk told me that they were made to buy new Ballot Box'es, in 2018 and from a choice of 5 companies. They were also told to w**d out the Registered Voters Book and transfer everyone to a the Secretary of State of Michigan online .....so when I voter comes in to vote they go online to the Sec. of State and verify them with the front of their license photo and signature. this was all done too After Governor (D) Gretchen Whitmer was elected to that office...... I do not know if legislators wrote that legislation or if she just changed it illegally on her own????? Which if she did I feel she did it to rig the Presidential election Janice Hicks The End Game of the EMPIRE is to ruin the economy for the middle class and never bring their jobs back , and take away Social Security and Medicare forever. Vaccinate everyone that will Genetically modify every human being . so they can never be Spiritual again and know what is the difference between good and evil....and then the Psychopaths' will be dictating to the A.I'd Robots and Human Autotons. They are just following orders from the Empire .....mark my words , many more say the same thing PRESIDENT TRUMP WANTS TO SAVE OUR U.S.NATION FROM THE EMPIRE TOTAL CONTROL AND POWER OVER US · Reply · 1m Janice Hicks WHO LET CHINA TAKE THE CONTRACT TO PRINT THE 2 MILLION , "MAIL IN BALLOTS " COULDN'T THE BALLOT ITSELF WITH ADVANCE SCIENCE WITH BAR CODES WHEN USED COULD CHANGE THE VOTES ? HAS ANY COMPANY IN GOVERMENT EXMAINED THESE BALLOTS FOR FRAUD...????????
y of letter to US Senator Bob Casey>>> --------------------------------------------------- US Senator Bob Casey 393 Russell Senate Office Building Washington, D.C. 20510 Senator Casey: In response to your December 4th email to me on the subject of voting rights and the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election, my response to you is this: your letter is partisan spin and misinformation. Therefore, I must conclude: You are NOT sincere about election integrity. If you were sincere about election integrity (in Federal elections) you would do the following: Acknowledge that election fraud took place in Pennsylvania especially in Philadelphia County. You would defend the rights of all voters in Pennsylvania (as well as all of the other states in the union) to not have their vote 'stolen' by a fraud that nullified their vote. If fraudulent Biden mail in votes were injected into to system thus nullify Trump votes and reversing Trump's lead, then the Trump voters were disenfranchised and you should be outraged at that. You would not dismiss the witnesses who (through their personal testimonies and sworn affidavits and risk to personal safety) have observed tampering with the 2020 election as they have made their presentations thus far in the several states under dispute. These charges include votes cast by 'ghost' /deceased residents, non residents, non citizens, non registered legal residents, etc. You would acknowledge, without reservation, that all electronic tabulation of data and all AI or software enhancements are subject to hacking and fraud and that only a paper ballot trail (with a legal 'chain of custody' oversight) is the only way to audit a disputed election. You would also acknowledge that statistical analysis of tabulated voter data could reveal reversals of election results that cannot be explained by ballot scanning alone but are suggestive of user manipulation of the tabulation software to skew election results. You would acknowledge, without reservation, that all physical inspection of mail in ballot signatures and other identifying information must permit the direct observation of that process by representatives of each major party thus giving the 'watchers' an opportunity to 'challenge' any or all questionable submissions. You would pressure the DOJ and the FBI to investigate the myriad of credible allegations of election / voter fraud and bring criminal charges as warranted. In addition, you would defend the role of Law Enforcement to obtain warrants to seize election equipment when probable cause would so permit. You would call on the US Senate to have hearings on election fraud or consent to and validate such a process. You would be a US Senator who would endorse legislation that would criminalize any action by state or municipal election officials who would knowingly permit deceased or non residents or non citizens to remain on their voter rolls (for any federal election). You would be a US Senator who would endorse any legislation that would require that all voters must present identification with their signatures at the polling place when their votes are cast and /or when their mail in or absentee ballots are requested and when their mail in or absentee ballots are submitted and that the county poll workers must validate all forms of identification and signatures to observe that they are congruent with that of record in the poll book. You would be a US Senator who would make it a Federal crime to destroy or tamper with any election materials (paper or electronic) which must be retained to successfully audit an election. (federal) You would be a US Senator who would insist on knowing how any 'outside influence' had a role in the 2020 presidential election. 'Outside influence' could be defined as any media, tech, or political oligarchs (domestic or foreign)who may have made massive financial contributions (directly or indirectly) to any state or county governments to assist them in purchasing vote tabulation equipment, educational campaigns, or voter enrollment activity with an intention to effect the election outcomes in favor of the oligarchs' interests. You would care about enforcement of existing election law and the prosecution of violators which is more important than proposing more and more legislation which in the end will either never become law or or if law, will never be enforced. You would differentiate between a "conspiracy theory" and credible evidence presented by dozens and dozens of everyday citizens. What happened in Philadelphia County post election day was shameful . You should be defending the voters of Pennsylvania who voted for Trump and had their vote nullified by the 'fraudulent votes' cast for Biden. And if voting machines were tampered with to change vote tallies from Trump to Biden, that would even be more egregious. I believe that you must know election fraud took place in these contested states. And I believe that your letter to me was disinformation. And I also believe that you do know that in this 2020 campaign season that the big tech and mainstream media oligarchs suppressed (and continue to suppress) information which should be know to the public. Therefore I must conclude that you do not care about me, my vote, nor the idea of a free and fair election. Jeffrey Wolfe Berks County Pennsylvania The swamp is dark, deep and murky. The swamp creatures are cunning, evasive and treacherous. Nevertheless, the swamp must be drained and to do so requires patriotic Americans with the resolve and tenacity of people like Donald J. Trump.
I just saw this memorandum to use 3 U.S.C. §15 to have Congress object to the 20 Electoral College votes for Pennsylvania. This makes sentient Pennsylvanians look like fools. Please help stop this nonsense!
Please support HB2787. Last night was not only surreal but also extremely heartbreaking having to watch my son play through a fence and trying to catch a glimpse of him. I never thought I would have to fight this hard just to watch my child play high school sports.
This is what Obama and Biden tried to cover up along with the FBI. If anyone ever had to check into the Hospital for hearing high pitched sounds or for hearing voices, now you know. Does everyone see how the FBI is a cancer on America ? In Lehigh County Government they think just like the FBI, if we all stick together nobody is going to do anything , there is too many of us . That's how they think at the FBI , that's how they think at the Pennsylvania State Police and that's how they think in Lehigh County , they could do what they want . My two trials prove that . The Criminal Defense Attorney's went right along w/ that mind set of the FBI , Pennsylvania State Police and Lehigh county Law Enforcement. When you have Judges telling me to report criminal conduct , to say the least , to the media ... and then putting me through two trials trying to cover up their use in Microwave Technology and Remote Neural Monitoring . The FBI controls the Defense Attorney's , the FBI controls the Judges , the FBI controls the media , in this case the FBI even controlled the Jury ... this is what a trial looks like in America ...
