Since September 2nd ACLSU has implemented an answering service in an effort to provide better customer service to the community. This means that if you contact the hospital Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm and do not get a hold of the provider or department you are trying to reach you will speak to a person with the answering service who will take your message and make sure it gets to the right place so you will receive a return call in a timely fashion. If you end up using the answering service please respond to this post and let us know how it worked for you, we appreciate your feedback.

Beginning tomorrow July 24th we will implement a new process for COVID screening at Laguna Dental. In an effort to minimize traffic in the waiting room we are asking that patients wait at the front door and a Dental Team Member will come out to complete the screening before patients enter the waiting room. During our same day appointment hours, which are 8 am - 9 am and 12:45 pm - 2 pm Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday and 12:45 pm - 2 pm Thursday, a Dental Team Member will be monitoring the front door for patients arriving. But, if you are unable to come during the same day appointment hours and are waiting at the front door for more than 2 minutes please contact us at (505) 552-6644/6643 to alert us. Lastly, please remember to wear and mask to your appointment and practice 6 feet social distancing while waiting in line.
