Early Settlement Mediation East Central Program Early Settlement Mediation provides mediation services for free to anyone in the State of Oklahoma.

Early Settlement operates under the authority of the Oklahoma Dispute Resolution Act and utilizes volunteer mediators to provides low-cost mediation services to all who wish to negotiate a dispute. Our program is sponsored by East Central University and located at East Central University. We service the communities of Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Garvin, Hughes, Coal, Okfuskee counties.
