The Pause on Data Centers is only a stay of ex*****on. I'm taking the opportunity to systematically target each section on governance in the Town of Alabama and the Town of Portland Town Code for revision, because those are the actual laws actively separating residents from having authority over their homes.
📍I will write into Law that the people who physically live in those Towns are given authority to override any Board that willfully ignores their pleas.
Our Town boards work for YOU, and by God, they will start behaving like it or be stripped of their authority.
This is what an advocate is supposed to, they are supposed to steward your needs and make sure you have what you need to make out here.

Reason #152 to Run For Office:
Over a year ago, I applied for community help for a furnace. They just got back to me this morning, and after some discussion, informed me that I made $198 too much to qualify for any help.
I'm going to be living in my trailer on the Reservation with no heat or working plumbing (because it freezes) AGAIN this winter. And I am not alone. I see my neighbors with blankets and bubble wrap on their windows too.
STAMP can ask for over **1.46 Billion dollars** in Tax Breaks, but we can't afford to make sure our people will make it in the winter.
ENOUGH begging for our tax money to work for us and ENOUGH funding lazy and disinterested politicians who don't gave a damn about us!
Believe it folks, I am right here in the trenches with you, and I will fight like it!
