Welcome! My name is William Cole and I am a payroll processor with Greenpage Payroll Services in Pelham, AL. I received my notary public commission in 2024 to help out in my day job, so I've decided to do some notary work in my off hours.
I moved to Alabaster in May of 1997 at the age of 10, and moved through the Thompson school system, graduating in 2005. I then served for 8 years on active duty in the US Army as a helicopter mechanic. Upon returning to Alabaster in 2015 I attended the University of Montevallo, graduating with my B.S. in Political Science in December 2019.
I began work with Greenpage Payroll in 2023. We are a small payroll company with a focus on small business payroll processing and payroll tax management. For any assistance with payroll, please give myself or Tom Phifer a call at (205) 664-1212, or email [email protected].
Part of setting up new clients for payroll involves filing notarized documents with the various tax agencies around the country. Having in-house notaries is very convenient, and is what has led me to offer my services to Shelby County and surrounding areas.

..allowed to give legal advice...allowed to choose what document(s) you need...allowed to interpret or explain legal documents...allowed to suggest the kind of notarization you need...allowed to notarize anything outside the borders of Alabama...allowed to notarize a document for someone who appears to not have the capacity to understand the document they are signing/have signed...going to notarize without valid, government issued photo identification...trying to get rich.
I am fine if no one ever sees this page, this is simply a service I am offering because I have the means. I generally charge $5 per notarized document and will charge for travel beyond a certain distance.
I am currently only serving the Shelby County area, and will consider inquiries in the surrounding counties. Greenpage Payroll handles payroll for clients all around the United States, so distance is not a factor for payroll processing.
