Part of the Encinal Terminals master plan is a proposed marina with 160 spaces for boats in the Alaska basin.


The Market Hall is envisioned as a two-story open market with food products and places to eat and drink, inspired by the San Francisco Ferry Building. 📷 :


Upon land use and Master Plan approvals, it is anticipated that the project team will start site improvements and waterfront revitalization in 2018 and 2019, with first residential opportunities available as early as 2020 and 2021.

Water transit opportunities for transit boats of varying sizes will be created by completing docking facilities along the northern edge of the Encinal Terminals site.

A new 2-acre public park will tie into the waterfront promenade and create a great place for group activities, such as picnicking and playing.


The future marina will provide small craft launch areas for stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and the like!
