💗📚 Today is Give Like Dolly Day!

The Dollywood Foundation created this new annual tradition to honor Dolly Parton’s generous heart and her lifelong commitment to children.

For more than 30 years, Dolly’s dream has helped put books into the hands and hearts of children. Here in Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties, you help keep that dream growing.

We’re close to unlocking a $25,000 match from the Wheeler Family Charitable Fund for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

Give like Dolly. Give local. Help unlock the match. ❤️

💗📚 Tomorrow is 9-2-5 — and Dolly’s legacy is giving back!

On September 25, aka 9-2-5, McMenamins Pubs, Breweries & Historic Hotels is celebrating Dolly Parton with a company-wide fundraiser for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

At McMenamins locations, $2 from every Dolly-inspired drink special (Backwoods Barbie and Cup of Ambition) will be donated to Imagination Library.

That means you can raise a glass to Dolly, enjoy a little fun, and help bring free, age-appropriate books to children from birth to age 5. 📚

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Oregon is working with the McMenamins team to help support local Imagination Library programs across Oregon and Washington — helping communities continue bringing books to children.
