OIF 2007-08, 224 Operation Iraqi Freedom 224 Engineer Company reunion

Since we wasn't able to get anything going for a company reunion this year. Let's make it happen for sure next year. Please through some dates out and we can do a poll on what works best for everyone. Plus let's see were is a good location for the reunion that will accompany all of us. I figured Camp Rialea was the best place if available, but we also need a backup plan.
Throw some dates, ideas, ect and let's me it happen.

So times ticking, I have reached out to a few people about trying to get a company reunion done this summer. Its been since 2008 since we returned home from Iraq. Some of us has seen each other, some not since the deployment. So if anybody has suggestions, or can help get this going let me know. Im trying to do what I can from Vegas, to make this happen in Oregon. Any help or suggestions will for sure be welcomed. I figured Camp Rialea would be the best place to do it, if its available. Maybe do a pot luck, or everyone chip in money and get some food setup and delivered. If Camp Rialea isnt available, Matthew Wallace said we can do it at his place. He lives just outside of Albany about 15-20 minutes. If this is still a go for your place Wallace, reapond to this post.
I figured mid to end of July would be the best timing. Im all ears to suggestions. I know many of us want this to happen. Last summer we was able to get a small get together at Camp Rialea, roughly 25 of us showed up. There's some of us that will be coming from out of state, so the sooner we can put a date in place, the easier it will be for us to make it. Also, if we make this happen, feel free to bring your significant other if you want.

Summer is approaching, and im hoping we're able to have a company reunion at Camp Rialea. If anybody isn't added to this group that was part of 224, please add them.
Also, in the comment section under this post, please let us know if your going to be able to make it to the reunion if we're able to secure a place at Camp Rialea. Marc M Mouser said he will be able to secure a building if it's available within a 90 days out. So let's go 224, let's make this happen.

If anybody has pictures, memories they want to share, ect. Please feel free to do so. As there is a lot of us who may have lost pictures, or would like to see what others have to share.

Also, if any of you is struggling, or need someone to talk to, reach out. We all have each other's 6, and most of us will understand, or be able to help work through hard times. Don't let it build up, like I have, and im still doing. Sometimes reaching out will help let that pressure off your shoulder.

We our planning a company reunion within the next year or 2. Please add whoever was deployed with us 2007-08, and the ones attached to our unit, or ones who was part of 224 Army National Guard. As i don't have all those personal as friends on FB, so please add ones if you can. During our platoon reunion, Colonel Mouser and SGM Amen mentioned about wanting to do a company reunion, as we're approaching 20 years since our deployment. So I made this page for people to come in talk, share memories, ect., plus to start getting ideas together for a company reunion. As of right now, we are somewhat planning the reunion at Camp Rilea. Since Colonel Mouser mentioned he may be able to get a bigger building for the reunion and there is housing on base and near the base to rent for a room If needed.
