The goal of this account is to connect you with the actual faces of the department, provide education on common code enforcement issues, bridge gaps within our community, and promote tools and resources available to our residents.
Our mission is to ensure a safe, healthy, and vibrant community by enforcing municipal codes with professionalism, transparency, and fairness - working to enhance quality of life and protect property values through education, collaboration, and prompt, equitable action.
To protect both the privacy and integrity of our residents and neighbors, please submit concerns directly through our app, Albertville Connect, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app lets residents and visitors report issues within city limits, from code enforcement and street maintenance to animal control, fire, and non-emergency public safety matters - ensuring reports reach the right department. Users can follow the progress of their reports and view updates from Code Enforcement, keeping everything transparent.
Albertville Connect also tracks yard sale permits, so you can easily see where and when sales are happening around you!
