What a privilege it was to attend the Senior Picnic💜

There is something truly special about spending time with the people who have helped shape our community into what it is today. Our seniors carry so much history, wisdom, and love for Albion, and I am incredibly grateful for every opportunity to listen, visit, laugh, and simply enjoy time together.

Moments like these remind me that serving Albion is about so much more than meetings and decisions, it’s about people, relationships, and community.

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the picnic such a wonderful evening with great music, delicious food and a beautiful sense of community. It was an honor to be there, and an even greater privilege to serve a community that means so much to me. 💜

Albion truly is a special place to call home.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day, Albion! 🇺🇸
Today is especially meaningful as we celebrate not only the 4th of July, but also the 250th birthday of the United States of America. For two and a half centuries, our nation has been shaped by the courage, determination, and sacrifices of those who believed in the promise of freedom.
As we gather with family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy parades, cookouts, fireworks, and all of the traditions that make this holiday special, let's also take a moment to reflect on the values that unite us; liberty, service, community, and hope for a brighter future.
I am incredibly grateful to serve the residents of the Village of Albion as your Trustee. It is an honor to work alongside so many dedicated people who make our community such a wonderful place to call home.
Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day. Please celebrate responsibly, look out for one another, and take pride in the incredible nation we call home.

To the Graduating Class of 2026,

As you close one chapter and prepare to begin another, remember that your diploma is more than a piece of paper; it's a symbol of your perseverance, your growth, and the countless moments you chose to keep going, even when the path wasn't easy.

The world you're stepping into will challenge you, inspire you, and sometimes surprise you. There will be moments of uncertainty, but don't let fear keep you from chasing the life you imagine. Your greatest accomplishments will often begin with a single step outside your comfort zone.

Success isn't measured only by titles, wealth, or recognition. It's measured by the lives you touch, the kindness you show, the integrity you carry, and the courage you demonstrate when no one is watching.

What an incredible Strawberry Festival weekend!

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the Village of Albion employees whose hard work, dedication, and countless hours helped make this year's festival such a tremendous success. Your efforts behind the scenes and throughout the event do not go unnoticed.

A special thank you also goes to the Strawberry Festival Committee for their months of planning and commitment to creating a wonderful experience for our community. Your passion and teamwork truly shine through in this event year after year.

Thank you to all of the vendors, organizations, entertainers, and volunteers who contributed their time and talents. You helped create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out to support the festival. Seeing our community come together, celebrate, and make memories is what makes this event so special.

I'm excited about the future of our village and look forward to building on the success of this year's festival. Events like this remind us what makes Albion such a great place to live, work, and visit.
