There's a simple and easy path to bridging the broadband divide. Let's take it.

Lack of broadband access is a public health issue. Telemedicine is critical for patients in New Mexico. We need a permanent federal subsidy to help everyone get online & connect with healthcare resources easily and safely. Glad to have @SenLujan & @teresafornm advocating for broadband! #nmpol http://www.lcsun-news.com/in-depth/opinion/2021/05/22/importance-building-americans-broadband-network-infrastructure/5132948001/

Unlike much of our physical infrastructure, America’s broadband networks are top-shelf and should be built upon.

I'm in favor of the Eliz. Whitefield End of Life Options Act. Thank You for ALL your hard work getting this bill this far. Please pass my THANKS on to Sen. Liz. Stafanics, Rep. Day Hochman-Vigil and Sen Bill O'Neill too. I'm sending POSITIVE thoughts and prayer that the Governor agrees with US. It is about TIME! Keep up to RIGHT fight.
PUA benefits end this month. NMDWS messed up the applications of self-employed applicants. My benefits were frozen and I've now been determined to be in fraudulent overpayment so the benefits I was due are being withheld as repayment. Job search requirements are now coming into effect when there are no jobs. EBT/SNAP will also cut me off and make me repay fraud when they learn I was eligible for PUA and collected some funds. PPP lender is already sending me statements. I don't see how this was ever considered a "forgivable" loan. It may be forgivable for businesses but not for self employed individuals as we've now learned. Next month I will be in the same boat as many Americans: Out of pandemic unemployment assistance, forced to look for work, defaulting on my financial obligations, unable to pay basic utilities and wondering where my next meal will come from.
I signed up to volunteer Debbie.
Thank you for allowing us to visit with you today and for your leadership!
https://www.kob.com/new-mexico-news/house-bill-129-school-security-measure/5227760/?cat=500 According to this news report "Students who are part of any military training programs, or hunter safety training instruction authorized by the state, would also be authorized to carry weapons [on school premises] under the bill. ... It also would allow any person 19-years-old or older to have a weapon in their private vehicle for protection." Does anyone think this is idea is a "school shooting" ready to happen, especially when comes to age groups involved? I doubt that a high school teenager sitting in a classroom with a side arm is going to make any teacher or student feel at all comfortable.
Debbie i am so proud and happy to know you.
I wish you'd introduce something like this, just for the entertainment factor, if nothing else--though it is a terribly serious matter. But wouldn't it be interesting--nay, FASCINATING--to watch and track which (probably, mainly male) legislators would oppose such modifications, wonnit? It would be irresponsible NOT to speculate!
Hi Debbie; Terry Trujillo here! First, thank you for everything you continue to do for our state and its citizens. I'm so glad you are in a place of influence. Second, am still looking for meaningful work. Might we be able to have dinner or meet sometime soon? Will you be at the Aging Conference in August? I could really use your counsel and ask if you know anyone at Public Consuslting Group. Thanks so much for your help!
