Once again it is time for the Fall Parade of Homes! Starting the weekend of October 7-9 and ending on the weekend of October 14-16. A beautiful Mediterranean style home won the Peoples Choice Award at the Spring Parade of Homes. Old World style with 21st Century technology! Home automation system and renewable onsite energy makes this home a net zero utility cost home! Certified at the Build Green NM Gold Level. We look forward to seeing you in October!!!

"NM natural gas shut off during one of the coldest arctic blast to hit State in years". Several of our clients sent us rave reviews of how our homes performed during the sub zero temps and no heat! Our solar themal designs and well insulated building envelopes performed beautifully! 73 degrees during the day and 68 at night, 5 degree temp drops from day thru night! Who says green buiding isn't worth it? :-)
