I apologise for the excess in posts. The following matter requires DoJ or Attorney assistance. Please if you will make time to review the case numbers and bear in mind that William Johnson is well aware of what a human being such as himself would expect for himself and that devaluation based on skill level or whatnot are harmful. I am frustrated and Johnson has been found running interference before. Police and crime report has been made. You may disagree but according to statute RICO proven by the filing individual requires that individual manage RICO recovery at least for that case. Regardless felony devaluation occurs by this person William Johnson in comparison to himself and since he insists on NM law devaluation of $1,000.00 equals a felony. NM does not provide immunity for crime nor intentional violation or devaluation in fact it has law against it. As per his order. Please review and aid in good faith please. I have suffered a lot of abuse all the way around and hoped the court a refuge from crime and not a protection of crime. RICO is proven. Thank you for your time.
Can the US DOJ please assist in the attached matter. These things have had serious impact upon my life and the court knows full well what is trying to be done but they insist on playing legal games from their own professional point of view in order to protect their way of life. The fact is that they are human and know what it would do to their own lives in cases at hand. This post contains the case numbers and can and will be found on Google review for the US Dist. Court in Santa Fe NM. RICO in fact is a charge by the statute which can be charged by an American who can prove RICO and thus is the governing Management capable of reforming RICO. Even if this last portion is disagreed with, the point remains that they cause devaluation which needs to be compensated. Again devaluation over $1000.00 in NM is a felony. And the judge insists upon NM law. He is devaluing my life for one in greater measure.
Please reign in the Governor
Lots of disability fraud coming out of doctors offices. Some of those fraudsters having negative impact on my life yet their disability supposedly cannot be garnished. Can you aid with that? Lots of jury verdicts which seem to differ from the usual go to verdicts used by NM Lawyers which is also causing me to claim fraud or corruption on those since my verdicts I personally obtained say NM is NOT on board with the usual tool kit by nm lawyers. Can you help with that? Really, If you can please do. Edit or delete this Like · Reply · 1m Lukis Cruz Martin Lukis Cruz Martin Lots of doctors helping people in ex parte fashion in legal issues. (fed fair hearings action crimes or violations) lots of law mal-practice also. Can you guys aid in any of that? The above is response to med malpractice ad placed by a NM legal or law firm, it has merit and negates ALL NM law firm law as I have seen.
