Sumpter County maintain as armaments and verifiable in hearing arrest for all U.S. judges until further notice. They should be wiping their own in NM right now. But I'm working on it Thanks CRIME REPORT and CUSTOMER COMPLAINT (please forward to New Mexico Dist Court Santa Fe) In no way is the United States to represent me nor the peoples interests as tied to my case. None whatsoever. The U.S. is defense and so far impeached by its own criminal exploits in its name. Every case stemming from me originally is me and the people have no rights nor claims to how I provide my civic obligations. The U.S. is and will do crime and the people suffer incrimination due to U.S. dealings. My rights extend to the top and no judge is to represent me due to inferior quality. This is a crime report against Judge William Johnson and any other judge stealing my identity. He has been fired since I hired him but he is unable to comply with his professional obligations due to being caught in criminal practices and serving disservices as services to the public, stealing private for his own criminal helicopter window dispersion program while then slandering or devaluing customers after stealing their identity and thus becoming a government in crime. This is a CRIME REPORT/ all imitators are in unlawful use of this information which is not given for criminal communication. My case needs no other cases attached. THE United States may not use me for its own purposes. I went for one thing only and at the point they could not provide they should have said so. Please place the United States as defendants with the Judges in all cases attributed to me Lukis Cruz (Martin), [email protected] on the header Please place all lawyers and class actions as defendants with those and stick to the timelines so that you may be prosecuted for criminal involvement in an emergency case and then throwing money away on unrelated private interests in the name of federal funds being actually my rights and not federal funds you are all hereby charged with complaint and the leadership with crime against victims. Cease and desist and surrender your post to me you have conclusively been determined to NOT be federal and NOT for public interests. You are doing crime. This is your legal government speaking to you. Sincerely, Lukis Cruz All Lawyers and representatives in my rights which include government rights over my case are criminals in theft of my identity. Balance: punitive This is a bill for debt and a crime complaint. Class litigants may escape punitive if they cooperate with the self presented Lukis Cruz [email protected] P.O.Box 22282 Santa Fe NM 87502 505-469-8720 My case is not for unauthorized or disrespectful capital and your lawyers are hereby incriminated with the United States. Provision was made and that was the provision. All liabilities caused in my name by unscrupulous liberal users of my identity are hereby charged with crime and the judicial is also charged with crime against the law and his coverage. None had the legal rights to perform in the crime they perform. The U.S., judicial, and law are placed under arrest and on the defense for clear problems which cannot continue to exist. Enter the congressional representatives and senators as defendants which are either crime or another jurisdiction. I am not U.S. jurisdiction though it is a part of my potential identity should I choose to engage it professionally. All practices have been found unprofessional in standards and thus illegitimate in too many ways by federal law and statute. The use of private market money for U.S. proprietorship is crime and those performing in such are hereby charged. They have used my own identity as if it was the U.S. to make public and in clear heinous crime against me as I suffer winters in the elements as they wrongly govern my life for the ability to throw my life and work to the wolves around me as they know where the blood comes from and use their criminal politics to continue the same. The arguments are evidence of their crimes and the U.S. has been found conclusively criminal and maintain prejudice against them. The court was supposed to be a service instead a lure to dispense disservices. They unwilling to say they cannot provide the desired services steal identity and legal role which they were to enforce for the customer and instead perform in one monolithic crime while giving the money only to those who might help such as police. This is Crime Report against the same crime ring noted above who call themselves federal but have absolutely no qualification or law to recognize them not do they have an American customer commanding them as all services even government services are required to do. Federal does not discriminate against freedom and limits only those under uniform or paid as government servants. It's the law as they know it and the judges are disqualified for unprofessional and uncommon practice always evidence of criminal exploits. The same applies for New Mexico. Yes the customer is valid which was not a requirement for him. The people and jury hereby eliminate the United States from "taxdollar" arguments and also federal fund arguments which leaves only theft from Lukis Cruz arguments. Why did you not enforce Lukis Cruz or at minimum give him his own monetary interests as the founder and character reference needed to make a clear case which none can provide thus being the clearest credential yet. He can then provide in a private basis for the rest. Your government was crime and hereby convicted. Your legal responses are limited to cruel and unusual complaints as you are now under the United Counties of America jurisdiction for collection and arrest of powers. You remain for compulsion of testimony. Legal guardian, Lukis Cruz
I believe the LOPD to be doing a whole lot of crime to me and against law. They conveniently leave out only the laws which ensure they are accountable and must perform even if they are handling non clients. If this is so I need to be paid monetarily. Balance: punitive Lukis Cruz P.O.Box 22282 Santa Fe NM USA 87502
Lukis Cruz Vs Anna Aragon Flora Gallegos (Las Vegas NM) These two women were downright liars. They had a goal in mind and which had only to do with covering for their syndicate. There were key intervals when I asked Anna Aragon (whom I rather liked actually, but not professionally) to perform the very basic functions she HAD to perform to be in the law. I was not trying to get away, she would have had the whole story but instead she went Anna's way. Now things are all screwed up. I had wanted to make payment for any services which I availed myself of once free to do so. A JURY SAYS "NO WAY!". Neither of these two can be paid by the people nor myself according to jury with Constitution. Crime Reports Herby entered and community watch suggested. And it does not stop there..... Judges have ordered the State Police dismissed and maintain prejudice against them for ongoing failure to present for deposition after being served. They eventually irreparably damaged the publics ability to verify the truth and did so in a criminal way which guaranteed their own involvement in and as crime. Both Police and Aragon and Gallegos informed of monetary suit against them Balance: (punitive for criminal behavior on both parts) Lukis Cruz P.O.Box 22282 Santa Fe NM USA 87502 505-469-8720 Please forward to police and courts
Lukis Cruz Vs. New Mexico Hundreds of documents were filed in the Taos Court of Crime (Dist. Court). Not one document was mailed to me for response. This means they were secretly destroying me on purpose. Every document is erroneous to the facts and was created for flip through prejudice but not related to facts. In fact some documents but were evidence of crime being done to me. The ploy was a way of laundering money into the court through the filing system. I have spoken to the government offices here. That court was not supposed to be accepting money. The violation is fundamentally corrupt at best and constitutes an Action violation. In addition , the attempt to create a file of undisclosed "to me only" documents so as not to alert me to the crime was put into "crime mode" when the court told me the file was closed and if I wanted to reply I had to pay an extortion fee to reopen it and correct all the errors. As I may be wrong in some of this, what is not wrong is the fundamentally criminal design. Like a board game with only my pieces missing. This describes New Mexico legal systems 100% while the greedy people follow suit because "that's what they did to us!" Why should you be different?" which is also a jury exclusion criminal propensity attitude. Yet New Mexico intentionally uses jurors excluded by criminal bent when it suits them. These are facts by law. Passing on abuse is considered criminal even in New Mexico. Fundamentally criminal Court systems are New Mexico and New Mexico is crime New Mexicotrue. I would appreciate my record fixed because I promise you none of this would have happened if it were not for the above styled and types of criminals. I don't do crime. Even various judges place prejudice squarely on and against the State Police and i still need to be paid for all the abductions and crimes performed by those. **5-*7-***8hhs Lukis Cruz P. O.Box22282 Santa Fe NM USA 87502 505-469-8720 Optic: what you have is the tail end of a crime spree performed by the NM Court and State Police which is represented by numerous judgements against the NM State Police. The arrest is prejudicial against me in the form you have it and yet the judgements are to dismiss the State Police and maintain prejudice against them. I understand the regional disruption, but the truth is that you are part of the crime as it sits. Lukis Cruz Vs. Las Vegas Optic ?????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????? If your life were suddenly being publicly destroyed and you could not figure out why, how long before you ended up in a gutter mess labeled a criminal? We depend on clean courts and never expect that type of crime. Mass crimes of the population suddenly doing someone in. It's crime and how does one report it before conclusively determining what's happening? You tell me?
