Dr. Steve Edwards shares his thoughts with Education World on education in the competitive global labor market: "To prepare the future workforce, one that can compete on the world’s stage, the scale of necessary change cannot be underestimated. The quality and kind of school education offered will make all the difference."

The real challenge for today’s schools is to prepare students to thrive in a competitive global labor market after completing their education; to achieve community harmony on a global scale; and to promote cultural diversity and the value of universal citizenship in a global community.

Ladies, don't sell yourself short! Everyday people treat boys and girls differently which affects us later in life, especially in regards to following dreams and making important career and life decisions. Why is that and why does it happen? http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/the-science-success/201101/the-trouble-bright-girls
What I see here are electronic devices which are tools that present us with new ways of doing things. Education must keep pace with and move forward with these changes while at the same time maintaining the needed traditional non electronic means of teaching, learning, and communicating.
Keep in mind that our electrical power grid is vulnerable to failure for various reasons, as such too great a reliance on these electronic devices without the ability at the same time to function without them is not good.
Steve Edwards and Edwards Ed will absolutely make a difference in the way you approach Education, and, the difference made will continue outside the classroom as well!
