DoDEA is a field activity of the Office of the Secretary of Defense. It is headed by a director who oversees all agency functions from DoDEA headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. DoDEA's schools are divided into three regions; DoDEA Europe, Pacific and Americas. Each region is managed by a Director for Student Excellence. Within each of these three regions, schools are organized into districts hea
