Three 10-minute walks during the day are just as good as taking one 30-minute walk. So walk around the house or at your work, run up and down the stairs, do jumping jacks while taking a break from work. Do anything active for ten minutes, three times a day – and you’ll be on your way to be healthy!

DAY #6 :-)

Spartans! DAY 6! We are now shifting from a traditional plank set to learning about what a "hollow" spine position is. This is the first step to getting ultimate core control of the body.

A hollow position is used throughout gymnastics and in bodyweight movements. Understand the difference, feel the difference and join me in holding these "planks" with a hollow spine.

Note that we will make this harder as the month goes on. GOLD STANDARD is 5 sets of 60 seconds in this Tucked Hollow Hold. rest 60 seconds between each set. Have fun and good luck! #spartan30 #spiderplanks #AROO!

(Hitting the Tri-State Super so we're posting the night before. West Coast people, close your eyes until midnight :)...)
