Alpena Volunteer Center staff are busily matching Christmas Wish List gift recipients to donors! Through the Christmas Wish List, these generous donors are matched with specific wishes of needy children in our community. An ideal way to donate is by combining resources with co-workers or family members in lieu of gifts to one another.

Though we are very busy matching donors with children on the list, and making progress, we still have hundreds of children for whom we must find donor matches. Please consider calling to help or sending a cash donation.

Donors may call the Volunteer Center Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at 989-358-7271. If lines are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call!

Cash donations are welcome and allow us to purchase unmatched children’s wishes, food and grocery gift cards. Please send donations to the Volunteer Center, 665 Johnson Street, Alpena, 49707.

The Volunteer Center is ready to 'kick-off' it's 42nd year of the Christmas Wish List Program. If you would like to become a donor and be matched with a child or family, or would like to make a donation, please contact 358-7271.
