After hearing stories from his father and grandfather, who served in The Royal Gurkha Rifles, Cpl Thapa knew Army life and its opportunities were for him.
After moving from Nepal to Colchester and joining up at 18, he has found sharing his skills and knowledge with colleagues is the most rewarding part of the job.
