Last week we had a great turn out for our Landlord Resource Fair! The event featured vendors and partners representing different areas of expertise including: financial planning, pest and animal control, legal services, eviction diversion programs, translation services, moving services, cleaners, snowplow vendors, and more!

In observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day, our offices will be closed on Monday, October 12.

Most of NeighborWorks Alaska's work takes place in Southcentral Alaska on the traditional lands of the Dena'ina Athabascans, who have stewarded these lands and waters since time immemorial. We honor their enduring connection to this place and community and are grateful to live, work, and thrive here together.

We’re so proud to partner with the great volunteers in Fairview Community Council and the municipality to move this project forward. We can take steps now that lead us toward a long-term vision to heal the Gambell-Hyder-Ingra corridor.

We’re excited to see what the impact is at this intersection, as we plan for three more locations in the Spring!

NeighborWorks Alaska is proud to partner with the Fairview Community Council to create new asphalt art in Fairview! This effort combines traffic calming to slow speeds along a walking corridor with placemaking through community art. We love to see it spread throughout Anchorage!
