Everyone please join us in welcoming our new District Director Zoë Glenn!

Zoë’s a lifetime Merrimack Valley resident, who recently earned her Master’s degree, but has come home to serve our communities. Zoë will be your go to contact for local scheduling requests, citations, and constituent issue inquiries.

Congratulations Zoë, we’re excited to have you!

E-scooters, e-bikes, and electric dirt bikes are everywhere; without statewide rules, they put young riders and our communities in danger.

Today I testified on The Ride Safe Act before the Joint Committee on Transportation. I applaud Governor Healey, for bringing this legislation forward.

This bill will help make our communities safer.

Yesterday, I held office hours at the Wilmington Senior Center!

We discussed a range of issues important to our communities, from the MBTA and school bus safety to senior living and national matters.

Thank you to the Wilmington Senior Center and to everyone who stopped by, it’s an honor to represent you all on Beacon Hill.

This morning at Robotics Invest 2026, I spoke with some of the brightest minds in robotics from around the world.

My message was simple: the future isn’t about replacing workers—it’s about elevating them—retraining, reskilling, and empowering people to grow and thrive alongside innovation.

Abraham Lincoln delivered immortal words over a century ago in tribute to those who “gave the last full measure of devotion.”

This Memorial Day we honor all the brave Americans who made the ultimate sacrifice in service of our country.

And despite the rainy weather, thank you to our cities and towns for their meaningful annual tributes to these American heroes.

I am deeply saddened by the tragic passing of longtime Boston Firefighter Robert Kilduff Jr.

A decades-long veteran of the Boston Fire Department, he will be remembered for his heroism and commitment to serving the people of Boston.

As we pause this weekend to remember those who’ve served, let’s take an extra moment to honor Marine veteran and firefighter Robert Kilduff.

My heart goes out to Robert’s family, friends, and fellow firefighters at this difficult time.

Thank you to all the brave firefighters who put themselves at risk every day to keep communities across the Commonwealth safe.

Yesterday, I spoke on the need for urgent action in the wake of the collision that took the life of MSP Trooper Kevin Trainor.

I’m proud to share that we in the Senate unanimously passed an expansion of the Commonwealth’s wrong-way detection technology to prevent future tragedies.

It’s been a meaningful week honoring our military community:

Today, I had the honor of hosting Joe LeBlanc, the North Andover Director of Veterans Services for Military Appreciation Day at the State House. Joe is a 15+ year army veteran, a lifelong committed public servant, and a beloved member of our community.

And just a quick walk from the State House is the iconic Memorial Day Flag Garden, a moving tribute to the over 37,000 courageous Massachusetts service members who died defending our country since the Revolutionary War.
