We were up bright and early this past Saturday morning to celebrate the grand opening of the Eileen Garnett Civic Space in Annandale! 🎉 This beautiful park is the result of a county-community partnership, and we’re so proud of this exciting new addition to downtown Annandale! 💙

I am so honored to present a proclamation to the Commission for Women & Fairfax County Department of Family Services alongside Supervisor Penny Gross, Sully Supervisor Kathy Smith, Chairman Jeff McKay, and the whole Board to designate March 2023 as Women’s History Month in Fairfax County. It is essential to recognize the vital role women play in our history and to also continue to encourage and support further progress.

The Mason District's Budget Town Meeting will take place on Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 7-8:30pm. Supervisor Gross welcomes Chief Financial Officer Christina Jackson, who will present the proposed FY2024 Fairfax County Budget and answer your questions. The meeting will be held in the Main Community Room at the Governmental Center located at 6507 Columbia Pike in Annandale.
