Ever wonder who makes sure our docs and corpsmen are ready to roll when the ship gets underway or the unit hits the field? ⚓️🩺

Think of Navy Medicine's Hierarchy like a ladder:

🔹 Top rung – Enterprise level
This is where the big-picture medical game plan is created: policy, priorities, and where our people and resources need to be to support the Fleet and Fleet Marine Force.

🔹 Middle rung – Regional leadership
Here’s where that big plan gets turned into action. Regional leaders guide and support medical commands across their area, making sure standards are met and readiness stays high.

🔹 Deckplate level – NMRTC & EXMED

NMRTCs run the day-to-day at our medical treatment facilities, shaping training, qualifications, and gearing our people up for operational and expeditionary missions.
EXMED teams are the deployable side of that power—taking that training and equipment forward to the ship, shore, or battlefield wherever the Navy and Marine Corps need care. 🌍

Bottom line: one team, multiple layers, all focused on the same mission—keeping warfighters ready and getting them back in the fight. 💪
