Route 66 Midpoint Corridor Our mission is the unification, beautification, and preservation of the 100 Greatest Miles of Historic Route 66!

The Midpoint Corridor is a collaboration of 11 cities from Edmond, OK to Sapulpa, OK working together to bridge the gap between OKC and Tulsa. We represent the greatest 100 miles of Route 66 and invite you to visit each town along the way. From the West, we have Edmond, OK, Arcadia, OK, Luther, OK, Wellston, OK, Chandler, OK, Davenport, OK, Stroud, OK, Depew, OK, Bristow, OK, Kellyville, OK, Sapulpa, OK.

We have some exciting news! 🥳

“Crossroads of America: Oklahoma’s Route 66” will premiere on OETA on Saturday, August 29, at 4 p.m.!

The Oklahoma Historical Society helped produce this documentary, which examines the evolution of Route 66 in Oklahoma, from the hardships of the Dust Bowl era to the era of nostalgic road trips. It explores the highway’s history and future through interviews with historians, interactions with small-business owners, and scenes created using virtual production technology.

We can’t wait for you to see it!
