We’re lowering a section of the water line on Harpole Rd to accommodate drainage improvements being completed by the Town of Argyle. As part of this project, we’re also installing new fire hydrants to strengthen fire protection in the area. Work is expected to take about one week, weather permitting. Our online credit card processing company, BridgePay Network Solutions, is currently experiencing a widespread outage due to a ransomware attack that began on February 6, 2026. The attack has disrupted card processing for merchants nationwide, forcing many to revert to cash-only transactions. Initial forensic analysis indicates that no payment card data was compromised, and any files accessed were encrypted. BridgePay is actively working with federal authorities and cybersecurity specialists to investigate the incident and restore services, but there is currently no estimated timeline for full restoration. We will not be charging late fees, and you can still call the office at 940-464-7713 to make a payment over the phone. Thank you for being patient and understanding during this issue.

When things start to thaw is when leaks come to light, so take the time to check your personal lines, check to see if your meter is moving if you are not sure, and please do not hesitate to call if you have any issues.
