As promised, the suit is filed, just in time to celebrate the Declaration of Independence, and remember that we fought a war against taxation without independence. Read the first page of this suit, and enjoy!

As promised, suit was filed today against the City of Arlington to stop the illegal gift of $273M to the Cowboys by the unapproved sales tax extention.

All, just in case you are wondering, the suit is still on. I was hoping that the election might resolve the matter, but alas...the beat goes on. If you want to be a plaintff, or just a member of VVA for purposes of the suit, let me know. I'm looking at filing one more suit before I get to this and finish it up, so that's sometime next week.

Liking this page is not enough to join VVA. If you want to join and be a part, you gotta send me an email that says "VVA" in the subject line, and then in the body, say, "Consider me a member of VVA when you file suit."
