You have some of the best Drivers today it is 41 bus #5311.
I am so pissed at how nasty some people can be especially during these times. I'm a big Fan of the Art Bus and their Drivers some are nice and the others are RACIST against homeless People and it's not right. I was in Harris Teeter and saw a Lady didn't know she was homeless she was so clean. Bus as we walked to the bus stop she on one side and I on the other finally as she went to move her bags I asked if I could help her as we were talking she said something about the Driver not letting her on the bus. First, is there a limit of bags you can carry on the bus? Then when the bus came the Driver situated his bus so she could not get on I got on and asked him how can she get on? So he told her to come through the front. DOWNRIGHT NASTY BUS #5289 41 to COURTHOUSE 4/12/2020 YOU SHOULD HAVE A MEETING TO CURVE THIS KIND OF ACTION
It’s always something with the 42 bus. It’s late AGAIN. (To Ballston) and I’m standing at the first stop following PentagonCity station. I CANT LET MY BOSS KNOW IM GOING TO BE LATE IF I DON’T HAVE PRIOR NOTIFICATION THAT THE BUS WILL BE LATE. #WTFTransit #GetMeFired #AlwaysLate #EveryDay #EveryEvening #Bus42 #ART #Arlington #Alerts Arlington, Virginia Arlington County Virginia – Government
For over a week, there is a bus that runs on the 61 route that sounds like it has major transmissions issues. It switches being used in either direction of the route.
Its 5:27am i been at this bus stop sense 4:50am first bus came around 5:12 didn't stop second bus came around 5:22am didn't slow down or stop I've been waving trying to get them to stop now it's 5:31am this is 55 route to rosslyn and now I'll be late to work
If a ride is dead/hard of hearing or has a language barrier for whatever reason.... What is the protocol when they get on the bus, tap their card— and it buzzes(they need to add money)? A. the driver get into an argument with the rider about “you didnt say anything”. B. The rider quickly takes their seat and load their card at the station. C. The rider is told to exit the bus. IM CURIOUS.
Bill is an #ARTBus veteran! He’s been a loyal rider for years. This is our mission – to make your life easier, one ride at a time. #MeetART #carfreediet
Art Bus is the worse they always sitting at a bus stop they waste time. Not the Drivers but management. Clean up your act
Yesterday I participated in a rider survey on my ART bus, and I was delighted to do so. I was struck by the number of questions that hinted at expanding service (crowded buses, etc.). I respectfully suggest that you first figure out how to meet your current obligations. The combination of a chronically malfunctioning "RealTime Arrival" and the chronic missed trips on my route make it impossible to depend on ART. I foresee a LYFT ride to get home this evening, which is expensive and keeps another car on the road. Please, please, please repair these issues.
Props to ARTbus! They're continuing to run their regular #55 route.
Is there a particular reason I was once again left waiting almost 30 minutes for a bus when the 8:35pm 77 from Court House showed up 20 minutes late?
What on earth is going on with the buses? I think I counted 12 texts yesterday that the 42 route was delayed due to mechanical problems, and another 5 this evening. Get it together, ART.
