This week's Fitness Feature is Aqua Stand UP with City of Arlington Aquatics! This program is inspired by the standup paddle board, mixed with different fitness techniques like HIIT, pilates, yoga, and muscular conditioning.
This class is being held at East Indoor Pool every Saturday this spring, no pre-registration required! Drop-ins are welcome for only $8 a day.
Kids' Aqua Stand Up takes place at 12 pm with the adult class immediately following at 1 pm!

Due to a shortage of available staff, the East Library and Recreation Center Indoor Pool will have modified hours of operation on Friday, Dec. 31. The pool will be open from 5:45-10:00 AM. We hope to return to our normal hours of operation after tomorrow.

We will be offering Open Swim at East Library and Recreation Center Indoor Pool on Tuesday, November 23 from 7-9 PM. Come enjoy some pool time before your Thanksgiving festivities!
Regular open swim hours will resume on December 14, 2021.
POOL UPDATE: Beginning tomorrow, November 16, Arlington ISD Natatorium will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 - 8:30 PM for lap swim and water exercise only. Lessons will remain at East Indoor Pool.

FYI - Customers are encouraged to use the East Library and Recreation Center pool during the programming shift at the AISD Natatorium. Please call The EAST at (817) 275-1351 prior to your arrival as the programming shift has altered the pool schedule.
AQUATICS UPDATE: Effective Oct. 15, our aquatics programming at the AISD Natatorium will be halted until further notice due to temporary staffing issues. As a result of the relocation of swim lessons and programs from the AISD Natatorium, the evening open swim at East Indoor Pool will be temporarily suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please call the East Library and Recreation Center at (817) 275-1351 for indoor pool availability and more info.
POOL UPDATE: The Arlington ISD Natatorium will be temporarily closed on Tuesday and Thursday mornings throughout the month of October due to staffing shortages.

With ongoing power outages, we have made the decision to go ahead and close Woodland West Pool for the 2021 season. Woodland West will not be reopening for Friday, August 6. You can still enjoy the remaining swim season at Allen Bolden Pool, Bad Königshofen Family Aquatic Center, Randol Mill Family Aquatic Center, and Howard Moore Play Pool.
