CARIBBEAN SEA - U.S. Navy Search and Rescue swimmers and Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment members assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Elrod (FFG-55) pull one of four survivors aboard their rigid-hulled inflatable boat during search and rescue efforts in the Caribbean, June 26, 2012. Elrod received a call from a maritime patrol aircraft about a capsized, partially submerged vessel with possible survivors on board. Elrod arrived at the reported position, and launched a boat to retrieve the survivors. After being checked by a corpsman, the four survivors were medevaced to a hospital in Colombia.
