Happy Labor Day! The Eunice Activity Center will be CLOSED today.
The Grab-N-Go event theme today was "we go together like milk and cookies". Our Eunice team would be lost without our tribe of customers. We loved doing our very first random act of kindness drive-by. Hope you were able to take part to get your bag full of milk and cookies. Look for more events like this one. Thanks to The Orchards at Arlington Highlands for sponsoring. Call 817-277-8091 to check in with us. Milly, Belinda & Susie.

See if you can match the personality of Cyndy in this fun Dance.
Sweat it out with Cindy this evening with her latest Dance Fitness session! Small hand weights are needed for some portions of the workout, or you can use water bottles if you don't have weights available. Don't forget to hydrate and have fun! 💦💃
Here are several applications/FB sites/websites that you may really like. One is spotcrime.com (where you put in your address and you can see all crime within a 3-mile radius. Another is window-swap.com where people all over the world take a photo from inside their apartment or house to what they see outside their window. Another couple were recommended on Facebook group called Antman's Hill which has wonderful photos of insects with identifications (only certain experts are allowed to identify the bugs...my sister took a photo of a "velvet ant" while we were talking and she was on a break from her job in Colorado...bright red fuzzy body with a black head (identified on the site for her). Another is a FB group called "Birds of Texas" (glorious photos of birds, identifies the bird, location, date, etc.). Another is a free app called iNaturalist which identifies plants, flowers, trees. Aren't we fortunate to live in this era of readily available information!!!!
Such a fun bus trip with good people. We will travel again, hopefully soon.

A wonderful friend from Eunice Activity Center, Flo Florence Dornan, has left this earth to reunite with her husband Jack. She was a member of First Methodist Arlington. I know many of you will miss her. She was an avid supporter of Marine veterans, choral music, the Eunice art and fitness classes and her beloved family. Till we meet again sweet Flo.
