New Jersey’s SWEAT Program Gets Soldiers Back in Shape

A New Jersey National Guard program is helping Soldiers improve their physical fitness and readiness through classes like nutrition, basic physiology and resiliency.

Those tools include low-key classes on topics such as nutrition, basic physiology and resiliency, complemented by blood-boiling workout sessions.
