Care givers please keep your visitors out of our apartments unless they get our permission and make prior arrangements to meet them in public nobody is allowed In my apartment without my permission every time they want to come in my care givers yes they are welcome and so is my family and friends people have to knock on my door and i have a right to answer it if i want to i dont have to answer my apartment door if i dont want to law enforcement is welcome and so is the fire department and the state people as well to see how I'm doing and if i feel i need help or want help this is my right and my decision. My landlord has the upper hand on my behalf so does the state I dont have to let anyone else answer my front door if I dont want to nobody can come on my property to see me or my care giver if I dont want them too
With this Moratorium being implemented by government, what will happen to Apartment owners with respect to their Mortgage payment, tax payment and other bills.... It is becoming difficult now. Renter prefer not to pay.... One of renter just left me with $4500 in loss....I understand people are facing problem. But that is the case with everyone. Government should give rental assistance instead penalizing the apartment owners...

Contact [email protected] KN95 masks I got them for $3/masks, that came in within 4 business days and I paid for my own shipping. Or contact other suppliers and get yourself mask. Also protect your family and your patients. Forget what you are reading about the different masks, this a comparative report from 3M January 2020. It clearly shows that all of these masks work just as good. The MIT report showing that KN95 masks are not good have not been substantiated. They don't want the public to purchase non US brands and I get that, however the public right now don't have access to N95 masks because they are giving priority to medical hospitals. Home made masks with Coffee filters micron is too small to block covid-19 viruses and the surgical masks that people wear is not sufficient. Please get your hands on these masks to protect yourself. This is not to say home-made masks is not protective. My recommendation is that you wear these masks and wear a bandanna over it or a surgical mask over it.
