I'm confused.... Didn't Abbott say that we no longer have Sharia Law in Texas? If that is the case, then why is it being taught on the radio in Texas?
HB4211 doesn't even mention Sharia Law or the practice thereof. It just mentions "residential property interests controlled by certain entities."
Why are we allowing this in Texas?

A new Masjid (mosque) is being built in Arlington. 😢

"The new mosque is being developed as a part of a proposed community in Arlington, Texas. The development is located at 1919 S. Collins St., Arlington, TX 76010. This community is part of a larger project that includes homes, schools, and a mosque, aimed at creating an inclusive environment for residents of all backgrounds."

I'm sorry but since when was a mosque an inclusive environment for ALL backgrounds?

Sounds like the beginnings of another EPIC city in the making. 🤔

The first phase of construction has been completed as the building foundation, parking lot, driveways, and entries have been built!

Data Centers are coming to a Texas city near you. The TX State Affair committee, Chair Ken King, has scheduled a meeting about the data centers that are being proposed in Texas.

They are meeting on April 9th at 10am. at Building JHR 149

Data Center
Pros - will bring growth and business to the state
Cons - it is unknown how much water will be needed to run the data centers. TX is already in a drought. Electricity and Water prices will increase.

If you can't be there on the 9th, please leave a public comment.

You really can't make this stuff up.
Connecticut passes SB299 that requires a person to show a valid ID to redeem cans/bottles, but they are not required to show any form of ID to vote.

How can you vote out someone you never voted for in the first place?

Connecticut Democrats recently passed a law requiring people to present a driver's license when recycling more than 1,000 cans or bottles per day, citing issues with non-residents taking advantage of the state's higher bottle return rate. However, the state still does not require residents to show I...

Houston, we have a problem in the Medical World.

Foreigners getting preferential treatment over Americans.

In Universities:
The USA accepts Foreign MCAT scores and Foreign degrees. How many of those are fake?

In Residency:
1367 US medical students did not get a US residency spot.
6733 international, non-US medical students got a US residency spot.

The H-1B programme allows US companies to hire foreign skilled workers, with Indians historically being its largest beneficiaries.

We warned the people of Arlington about SB840. April 7, 2026 at 6:30pm at City Hall.

Developers are using SB840 to build 4 story apartments at 6001 and 6041 US 287 and 6016 Myers Rd.

The Arlington Planning and Zoning Commission rejected the request to rezone the 14.65-acre property that would have permitted construction of multifamily housing.

The Arlington City Council voted to reject the multifamily housing project on Jan. 14, 2026. But, developers are going to use the new law, SB840, and build it anyway.

If Arlington residents want to fight against this atrocity that is occurring in our city. Join me at City Hall on April 7th.

This day in history:
March 10, 1890, Texas' first nursing school opened in Galveston. It had 18 students. The John Sealy Training School for Nurses.
Nursing has come a LONG way since 1890, and a lot of medical advancements have been made that have saved many lives.
