How do we get someone to answer the phone? Been on hold for over an hour with two different offices.
Is SATO travel going to offer free refunds to military service members with tickets to Europe?
My son is traveling on emergency leave orders and was bumped from his Delta flight from Norfolk, VA. A bunch of convoluted "explanations", but nothing that made sense. He is stuck until tomorrow morning in a tiny airport overnight, no place open to eat, etc. Is it common for air carriers to be allowed to treat soldiers like this?
Did the contract change with SATO? I have called SATO yesterday and today. I spoke to three different people and neither were helpful at all. You got to wait 24 hrs for assistance but there is a glich in the system so it they can't see when I initially submitted the request. Anybody else experience this recently.
Looking for some assistance. Been on hold since 6AM this morning.
On travel and now have been on hold for over 1 hour 15 minutes.
Dear SATO, After going through 6 different agents and each one of them passing me off to someone else or telling me they don’t know what’s wrong or have me call other numbers or being on hold for hours at a time, I can say that never have I ever had such a horrible experience. Appalled and disgusted by your training and customer service (or lack thereof) doesn’t even begin to cover how I’m feeling. There is a silver lining to all of this though. You have an employee who works the after hours line. Her name is Amber. She has the most awesome customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. Not only did she keep me calm, but she also worked through the issue without placing blame. She was so personable and so authentic in her conversation, I nearly forgot about the horrendous experiences I had the last 36 hours. Not only did she figure out what the problem was, she fixed it. She walked me through the issue and explained everything in a way I could completely understand. I cannot begin to explain what a treasure you have working there. She was so resourceful and respectful. The fact that she said, “if there is an issue, I will call you directly. Please don’t hesitate to stop me anytime throughout this process if you need further explanation.” DO NOT LET THIS ONE GO!!!! Give her a raise or something because she deserves it!
I've been on hold for the last 20 minutes and counting waiting to correct the correction that was not completed yesterday. Please hire more people.
Official Traveler Feedback with United at all? Within the last 2 months I had 2 trips and each was a very negative experience with them! Do you provide us military members with an opportunity to share their experiences?
Call emergency number >counselor will talk to you momentarily Been waiting 25 minutes Great Job!
Hi, can you tell me what airport I would fly into when I transfer to the Tooele Army Depot in Tooele Utah from S. Korea please? Thank you.
I've been on hold for 50 minutes and counting. How is that acceptable?
