AACC Health Services Health Services at Anne Arundel Community College

Welcome to AACC's Health Services, located in SUN 120 between the AACC Bookstore and Dining Hall! Take advantage of the college's free health services, events, and programs. Health Services is a nurse-directed office on the Arnold campus staffed by one full-time registered nurse and three part-time registered nurses. Services are also available on a rotating basis at the Arundel Mills and Glen Burnie Town Center campuses during the fall and spring semesters. Professional confidentiality is observed at all times. Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Mission: Health Services Registered Nurses are available to talk about health concerns, provide over-the-counter medications and first aid, offer health and wellness information, and help identify health care resources for insured and uninsured individuals.

February 15, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., AACC main campus – Student Union Building:

The Anne Arundel County health department will be giving
free human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine(Gardasil®) available for both males and females ages 9 to 26. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form. Gardasil provides protection against four types of HPV. The vaccine can help prevent cervical cancer in females, as well as genital warts in both males and females.

Open to the public; no appointment required. Free flu vaccine also available for anyone 6 months of age and older.

Would you like to quit smoking? AACC Health Services is offering a free smoking cessation program! We offer FREE smoking cessation classes and FREE nicotine replacement aids to adults 18 and older who live, work, or go to school in Anne Arundel County. Participants will be provided with mindfulness meditation self-study CDs to learn stress reduction techniques, as well as patches, gum, or lozenges as appropriate. Call AACC Health Services at 410-777-2480 or stop by SUN 120 to make an appointment.
