2 hours after we took this picture, Lesley Dahlkemper was standing at a podium accepting the nomination to be Phil Weiserās Lieutenant Governor. ā¤ļø
And what I canāt get over (aside from how incredibly excited I am about this), is that she showed up! Even when she was about to go do one of the most important events in her lifetime! She said sheād come visit Westernaires at our Western Heritage Day, and rather than send regrets, she came, watched the show, visited the museum, and met the riders. She joined us in the heat and dust š, and acted like it was any other day.
When she commits, she follows through. True to her word, and always with a smile and enthusiasm. She has endless energy and an admirable work ethic.
Lesley Dahlkemper wonāt let you down either!
I am so excited about this ticket and canāt wait to work together at the State Capitol. We could not have a better team leading Colorado!
