The Restoration

After posting pictures of this house on the “Our Old House” page a lot of people have asked me to make a page for this house’s restoration, so I have!

This house was purchased out of foreclosure in April of 2019 after being unoccupied since 2006 following a full restoration by the previous owner. It is located in Athens, NY. I purchased it for my mother to live in after she retires so she will be directing the decorative portion of the home’s restoration. Stay tuned for updates!
