When a woman arrives at Family Peace Project, she often brings more than a suitcase.

She brings fear.

Questions.

Uncertainty.

Sometimes children.

The first thing we offer is safety—a place where she can take a breath, rest, and begin to see a future beyond her current circumstances.

Every woman deserves a safe place to heal, rebuild, and rediscover hope.

Through shelter, advocacy, resources, and compassionate support, Family Peace Project helps women and children take their first steps toward a brighter future.

Domestic violence is not limited to physical harm.

It can include emotional abuse, financial control, intimidation, isolation, manipulation, threats, and other behaviors used to gain power over another person.

Many survivors never experience a black eye, yet they live with fear every day.

At Family Peace Project, we provide safety, healing, and hope for women and children impacted by domestic violence.

Awareness is often the first step toward change.
