Choose one thing today, and at least once a week, that helps your nervous system feel safe: a walk on the grass, a KEE-KEE with your homegirls, a deep breath, a relaxing bath, lunch away from your desk, a real 15 minute break, a moment of stillness, meditation, or a mindful hike with a group of like-minded women😏
Y(our) worth is not measured by how much you carry.
Y(our) healing begins when you/we put something down.😌
