Let me climb your roof! Sometimes damage can be hard to see if your roof is difficult to access and properly inspect 🕵🏻Unfortunately drones don’t always get the evidence you need to win a claim. Tensile fractures can appear on the underside of the shingle where hail impacted it, and a microscope will show these fractures in the matting that’d go undetected.
If you think your roof has damage, make sure you get hard evidence for the insurance company! I can help 😉

I never would have guessed I’d be working in the insurance industry. But I have come to learn it’s one of the most rewarding jobs I could do. Messages like these from my clients are why I work nearly 7 days a week, it’s bc I truly love my job and helping people when they need it the most. When you are passionate about what you do, it doesn’t feel like work and I’m blessed to be able to say that.

Ever wanted to see a hail impact on a shingle under a microscope? 🔬 well now you have! There’s often more damage than meets the eye when it comes to hail.. small fractures in the shingle greatly reduce the lifespan, water shedding capabilities, and is clear functional damage.

Too often these damages go unseen and get written off as nothing or simply “cosmetic damage”. When was the last time you saw an engineer from the insurance company look at these hits under a microscope?
