Today was a powerful day of opportunity in the City of Atlanta! 🙌🏾

The Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services and the Atlanta Department of Labor and Employment Services partnered to bring citizens and employers together, creating meaningful opportunities for job seekers throughout our community.

Today’s Career & Resource Fair was truly exceptional, with more than 100 employers on-site and over 500 attendees looking for their next opportunity.

This is what happens when government, employers, and our community come together with a shared commitment to creating pathways to employment and economic opportunity.

Thank you to every employer, community partner, staff member, and job seeker who helped make today a success!

Atlanta is a City of Opportunity for All. đź’™
Atlanta OpportunityForAll

If you want, I can also make this  more powerful and personal from your perspective as a member of the Mayor’s Office.

Today, the Mayor’s Office of Constituent Services proudly honors the extraordinary life and enduring legacy of the Honorable, John Lewis a fearless champion for civil rights, equality, and human dignity.

John Lewis taught us that justice requires action, hope demands perseverance, and love has the power to transform the world.

Congressman Lewis reminded us that every generation has a responsibility to protect democracy, uplift our neighbors, and continue the work of building a more just and inclusive society. His unwavering commitment to service inspires us to lead with compassion, stand with courage, and never lose faith in the power of ordinary people to create extraordinary change.

Today, we remember. We honor. We recommit ourselves to the work.

“True leadership is measured not by the power you hold, but by the courage you show in standing for those without a voice.” - John Lewis
