Former House Representative joins Thompson Victory Group
Atlanta, GA – Graham Thompson, President and founder of Thompson Victory Group, announces that former Georgia House member, Nikki Randall, has joined his firm as a consulting partner, effective November 1.

Randall is a graduate of Tennessee State University in Nashville TN, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, she also holds a Master of Public Health from Mercer University School of Medicine.
Ms. Randall, a third generation elected official, made history in 1999 by becoming the first African American female to be elected to the Georgia General Assembly from Middle Georgia. After only 5 years of service, she was appointed chair of the Interstate Cooperation committee making her the youngest serving committee chair ever appointed. During her 17-year tenure she was elected by her peers to serve in other leadership positions in the house including: Secretary and Vice Chair of the House Democratic Caucus, Chair of the Women’s Legislative Caucus, Chairwoman of the Bibb County Legislative Delegation, and was named Legislator of the year in 2001. She retired from the Georgia General Assembly in December 2016.

Prior to being elected to the State House, Ms. Randall was a lobbyist for the Georgia Nursing Home Association and most recently, she spent four years with Atrium Health as the Assistant Vice President of Community Outreach & Civic Engagement.
Ms. Randall is a distinguished alumnus of Leadership Macon (1998) & Leadership Georgia (2004). She is also an active member of the Macon Chapter of the LINKS, Incorporated, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. In addition to her fulltime career, Randall is a consultant offering training in Advocacy and Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
